I would go w/ 500mg/wk Sust and 400mg/deca.  Over the course of 10 wks, eating enough food, you should be able to put on 16-18lbs.  About 10 of that will be water, so you should gain 6-7lbs of keepable muscle, which isn't bad at all.  If you have access to dbol, I would get some.  25-30mg/day...
