To my knowledge, there is no interaction problems between AAS and HIV meds. Maybe because I have had wasting and am Full-blown, I have had little trouble getting them. I have had to doctor shop and the guide to doctors on Nelson Virgil's site can help with that. Getting a Gay doctor can help...
