I think a good old fashioned London broil top round is cheap and it's very good. You can cook it many different ways as well. Some people don't like it but I do.
Try a push, pull, and leg split but do different types of it and make sure you reverse the exercises you do. Start with isolation and finish with compound and vice versa.
Testosterone plus an oral is a simple cycle and it's not expensive at all. I would definitely, though, make sure you use n2guard. Remember oral steroids are liver toxic.
BPC plus TB500 is the GOAT. If you want to run them separately you can. Do BPC directly into the injury and do the TB500 into your stomach fat; you'll be good to go.
These are pretty on-point workouts. I agree with the guys above. You are a big dude; 240 lb is incredible and I love how you're hitting 10 hours of sleep. You're not leaving anything on the table. @eazy_
Nice updates man. I'm glad that you figured out a good sleeping routine. That's important. You've got a lot of muscle mass on your frame. You want to protect it with good quality sleep and good quality recovery from your workouts. @RawCutlery
