You can do TBol or Anavar. Either one is good. 20 mg a day would be an absolute maximum I would run. Also SARMs are another option and so are peptides.
Tren is the GOAT but you must respect it. 300mg a week is good. Run a little testosterone with it, maybe 250mg, and then I'd suggest some tbol with it.
When it comes to warm up if it's really cold outside, I suggest you spend a lot more time warming up than you think. Give it maybe 10 or 15 minutes minimum.
Growth hormone is the absolute GOAT and it's the number one peptide option. I would go to 2 to 3 IU's per day. Start there and then you can work your way up.
If you're gonna go with deca, you need to go minimum 12 to 14 weeks. If you go with NPP, you can go eight to ten weeks. Make your decision on how long you want to run it and then go from there.
