She says, she was TO busy to return the necklace and called the store the day after HOWEVER no one answered the phone, so after she learned that the police were going to issue a warrant for her arrest , she had her assistant take the necklace to the police station within the hour. There's a saying, if you say somethign enough times in the media - you can make people believe anything.

Rich & Famous people are not like you and I. They can use the media to put pressure on the DA to throw out charges or settle. Chances are they'll get tired of the immense media pressure and settle for probation or throw it out. Look how the pussy Swiss caved in for Polanski, since the US no long carries any power anymore.

Regular people can't get news articles about theri cases (or EF threads!). How many times do people have to keeping seeing rich & famous people keep getting special treatment by the justice system before they figure this out????

Dood....the girl is obviously fucked up. Her mom sucking off her teet, her dad using her for fame...I'm not excusing....I just don't get the glee over watching a young girl self destruct who was only living the life her elders bred her into.

isn't there a point at which a fuck-up's celebrity status has deteriorated enough that s/he won't have the media power to get out of trouble anymore? does that have a name? if not, i suggest we call it the razornav threshold.
