Have read body can only handle 50-70grams an hour how accurate is this?
Also if you take in 80-100 grams at once wouldnt you still utilize it since different types of protein take longer to digest or absorb than others?
Also wat happen to tuna use to be like 36 grams a can now its 20 can doesn't seem smaller

More like 50 to 60 grams every 2 hrs.

80 to 100 would depend on how much you weigh even then i woundnt go past 60 grams because your body won't absorb it. Only time I would take 80 to 100 grams of carbs would be post workout meal and usually it's simple carbs like dextrose....Only needed when bulking not cutting.

Don't eat tuna so can't help you there.

The tuna I use is like 26 grams a can. I used a slightly larger can in the philippines, and it was around 60 grams a can.... LOL

if you wanted to eat 100 grams in one meal you could possibly drink a protein shake ontop of your chicken breast tuna or steak the shake being digested within 30-60 mins giving the meat around 2-3 hours bamm

This is exactly wat I mean I drink shake with 60-70 grams in one quick drink then like to eat some solid food.

So wat are you guys thoughts on dextrose compared to high fructose corn syrup?

Postwork out I drink protein shake and was drinking powerade for sugar but see its the corn syrup

personally i dont think there is a limit your body can handle at a time if your body needs it...it will use it....what it don't need it will go to waste literally when you use the bathroom...i use to take 250 to 300 grams a protein a day and i did not build any more muscle than I do now with a diet of around 140 grams protein a day...by the way I weight 200 lbs 6"2

I use a combination of dextrose/maltodextrin and oat powder + WPI in a shake which gives me approx 90g of balanced carbs and 40 grams protein, I then eat a solid meal as soon as I get home + 15minutes usually chicken breast/ rice etc

I dont get carried away with protein timing so much... as long as i get enough throughout the day, I dont care if it goes over its only extra clean calories

high fructose corn syrup is crap... i love it, but its not good...

ive been preparing my tuna like this to jack a little extra into it...
1 can tuna
2oz small shrimp
chopped green and white onions
1/2tsp olive oil
1/2 avocado
1oz almonds
pinch of swiss or mozzarella cheese...

Hfc is poison and is processed much like alcohol. A lot of it actually gets converted by the liver directly into fat even though its classified as a carb.

Powerade sucks except Powerade zero. Use powdered Gatorade for simple carbs. Powerade uses HFCS, which is something that can screw your body up over time.
