A representative for Charlie Sheen confirmed that the troubled actor voluntarily entered an undisclosed rehabilitation center on Friday.
“He is most grateful to all who have expressed their concern,” Sheen’s rep, Stan Rosenfeld, told FOX411’s Pop Tarts in a statement. “Mr. Sheen asks that his privacy be respected at this time and that no additional informational will be provided.”
The “Two-And-A-Half-Men” star was rushed to hospital on Thursday morning with “severe stomach pains” after an alleged 36-hour party bender with porn stars and “a briefcase full of cocaine.” He was released Friday morning.
Consequently, filming for the hit CBS sitcom was on hiatus this week and was slated to resume on Tuesday, but production has now been halted indefinitely.
“Due to Charlie Sheen's decision to enter a rehabilitation center, CBS, Warner Bros. Television and executive producer Chuck Lorre are placing ‘Two and a Half Men’ on production hiatus. We are profoundly concerned for his health and well-being, and support his decision,” CBS Entertainment, Warner Bros. Television and Executive Producer Chuck Lorre said in a joint statement.
Sheen was also hospitalized last October after police were called to his trashed New York City hotel room, reportedly following another night of heavy partying.

My buddy bought a jar, we were eating a couple of em ED the whole week, then went on a three day hard bend and smashed about 40 between us and a couple sewer rats, it was wild but I was literally losing touch when I started to crash. Eating that last one was the hardest thing, I never craved for a drug harder then when I was out of X after doing around 50 in one week. They were double stack blue dolphins back in 01 when they were somewhat good.

As stupid as this sounds, when you tweak with your serotonin and neuroepinephrine that much, you can seriously get intouch with what your brain does. I mean you can literally HEAR vivid conversations repeated to you that were said hours/days earlier being replayed back over and over. Like the voices and words were imbedded in your brain, not just by memory of by what they said, but by sound, voice, tone, pitch. It's wild
