Oh good heavens. All mine had the damn knife and fork too lol. I literally put the knife and fork in my shorts when doing the lat spread pic haha. Oh well. No need to re-take them, right? Just have the 'items' in ONE of the pics from now on? I look all nice and pudgy in the pics I already sent to you, Rick, hope I don't need to retake them..
Hey Big Rick, I don't have another set as I too took all my pics with the Knife and Fork. I have lost 7lbs and look quite a bit different too. I've also sent you several PM's as too whether you got my pictures or not and have not received conformation of that. Please let me know here, or via PM. Thanks man.
