Cutting on Tbol

Just wondering what all your opinions were on this.

Was thinking about doing a 4 week cycle on Tbol to cut up a little for summer.

I am 6ft 3, 99kg and about 19% bodyfat.

I am just wondering if you all think it's a waste of a cycle to attempt to cut while you are running gear? Should i be looking to lean bulk? Does anyone have a good diet they recommend i run?

At that BF T-bol won't do crap for you, and especially for only 4 weeks. Steroids are not a miracle drug, they will only allow you to go beyond your genetic potential. Get your diet down, do cardio will be more beneficial than any steroid you can do. Once you've gotten leaner, then try steroids/
 
Get that BF down to 12% tops,even lower is better no use running anything only to hide it under fat!

Eat clean,6-7 small meals a day ,with protein in each, do morning cardio 10 hrs after your last feeding on an empty stomach this does a hatchet job on body fat!
 
Ok ok seems to be a problem here.

Got measured today at the gym using calipers and my body fat reading was 12%.

I had a shower, ate dinner, and measured my body fat on the scales and it was as per usual, 20%.

How is this possible?
 
The scales are inaccurate. My gym has some random device you hold in both hands and it gives you a body fat reading. I tried it out a while back for shits and giggles it read I was at 22% body fat. With visible abs....lol The only way to get a true body fat reading is with calipers or the bod pod.
 
Calipers can be off by as much as 7%. Try bod-pod.com most accurate. Post a pic and people might be able to get an idea of BF.
 
Got measured by a personal trainer at the gym today and it came back at 12% so i will go with that. Funny thing is, the scales they have upstairs said i was 18% today! Wonder how it can be so far off the mark.

So basically i did this same cycle 3months ago and bulked heaps well. Put on 7kg, strength went through the roof and it was amazing. Kept everything since then, have even gone up in certain weights!

I am now 4 days into this one and i have cleaned my diet up completely. It basically looks like this on a normal day;

8am: Protein shake, 3 eggs

10am: 1 banana

12pm: Chicken, salad, corn, almonds

2pm: Tuna, salad, almonds

4pm: Protein shake, 2 eggs

6pm: Dinner.. Usually steak/chicken with a salad and some greens

9pm: Protein shake with some falxseed oil.


Is that sufficent for me to grow and lean up on this cycle of 45mg of Tbol a day? Will i need to add some more carbs to that?

What you all thinking?

Thats my opinion of it. But otherwise looks good
