Hi everyone, I am Amy Fetzer. I am a 26 year old NPC bikini Level Competitor in Colorado, I am part of the Needtobuildmuscle Team, I am a published fashion model & I am a spokes model and print model for Serenity Fine Clothing Of Colorado as well. I competed in my first NPC bikini level bodybuilding event in Aug 2010 called the Warrior Classic and will be doing the Rocky in Nov with the help of needtobuildmuscle's supps!!!!!!!!!! :):)

you know most ppl feel that way and I see that however it is a starting point for me I plan on doing figure by next year and it was to get my feet wet but thank you for your input

I can dead lif 200lbs and squat the same so I am not in this to stay bikini! :chomp:

I would hope not lol bad way to start off! lol your right I bet! I am just still pissed over the bikini knock we dont wake up figure it taked time but it all takes work!! I hope to do figure by next year! I am up to 125lbs bench max 200 dead max and 200 squat max I gained 10lbs muscle this year (since feb) and I workout 2 times a day lifting heavy and do my cardio too so I am not one who woke up bikini lol I was 100lbs as a kid but after I had my kiddo I hit 198lbs so this has taken me a TON of work! and I am happy with where I have gotten to but I still plan on becoming a figure compeditior by next year! I see some bikini girls who eat what ever dont work their ass off and I get the bikini knock cause I ran into that at my last show some girl said she had fast food for her diet whil I was eating chicken at every meal so I get it

Elite Fitness Chat & Conversation is a little more loose than ntbm. But there are rules, and most people are familiar with them (check out the stickies).

Relax a little. No one is out to get you. We all generally like each other here, but at times we may fight a little (like siblings). Sometimes it's all for show too.

Try to roll with the punches a little and fire some back yourself. Things work well here. Once you settle in and get the hang of it you'll see. :)

no worries it's been changed for 6 months or so and changes frequently - not even an account I realize use anymore after switching to Gmail
