its like that for any minority. black people think everytime they are stopped its for "driving while black". I too have plenty of experience with police harrasment. i drag race a civic. its gutted out, 4 point harnesses and its super loud. I get stopped all the time for shit. its really annoying but theres nothing i can do. to them im a target, and i know this. so i try not to break any laws when i drive the car to the track or meets or whatever. i get followed home all the time, tell me about my exhaust or lack thereof.

but i deal with it, they have a job to do. if i dont like it i can move to another country. there is nothing wrong with hunting illegals that are destroying towns and economies if you ask me. but there is no illegal alien radar invented yet so how are they supposed to know whos who?

Picking the auto you are gonna buy is a choice. The color of my skin wasn't. It's not the same bro.

There is a hole in the law. They can stop people and make up they stopped me cause I was speeding, even if I didn't. With a statement like that it cover's up any hidden agenda. If you get stopped and you did a serious crime like a DUI then they should be checked for citzenship. Check the misfits and criminals not the good ones just to give them a hardtime. This is why this law is open to an endless debate.

the law doesn't say the cops can make up a reason to pull you over. as i said before, you should all read the bill rather than going on what the media is reporting. either way, you don't think that shit was happening before? people get pulled over for BS reasons all the time.

Im just saying people deal with things all the time that arent "fair" in their minds. thats one thing i deal with. I can bring up many downsides to being white. look how fucked up our college systems have become with admitting minorities. being a white male in america is no longer where u wanna be in many aspects. the Univ of mich lawsuit is a great example.


Its a fine line i do agree with you and trust me i see your point 100%. and i see your fear of being harrassed. but on the other side what do you think we should do. there are 100's of thousands of illegals that shouldnt be here and need to leave. thats a fact. they are a drain to our economy. either we convert them to legal and they start paying taxes or they gtfo. can you suggest a better alternative. i think arizona is in a bind and there is never gonna be a perfect way of fixing this.

Other than opening your wallet and showin an Id that takes a couple of minutes of your time how does it affect you? dont you think it's a decent price to pay to make sure than many illegal immigrants get stopped? and dont get me wrong I'm not even talking mexicans, some salvatruchas and mareros from central america are WAY worse than mexicans, I lived in LA for a while and I saw for myself that most people in dangerous gangs raising hell and havoc are from Latin background... it may be racist for some to get stopped by the color of your skin but it is what it is... again it's only a couple of minutes of your time and it helps fight crime, it is not the best plan but it will probably work....

I'm never gonna say yes. I don't care what you guys say. Like I said before, people will abuse this new bill to harrass a certain type of people. Red, I'm happy you can realize that discrimnation does happen by pulling other's just because of color or more there of. Just like drugs it won't stop maybe you need to deal with that.
