Just listened to this podcast from 60 mins and was pretty interesting. How much sleep do you get usually?

Sleeping is real difficult for me while I'm on. I wake up hungry after 2 or 3 hours. I struggle to get 4 - 6 hours in 2 sessions. Sometimes I'm lucky and I'll notch up a total of 7 hours.

I really have to coordinate my sleep time with a big meal to prevent me from waking up hungry too soon.

Does anyone else suffer this problem?

I get between 6-7 most of the time and sometimes a full 8 hours usually on the weekend is when i get 8 hours.

while ON its def 4 hours at night

and a small 1 hour nap sometime midday

so 5 hours or so, max 6

6-8 normally

on, usually around 5, but always tossing and turning. Tempur-pedic is no where near as good as they advertise.

Haha, good to know now i wont get it

some nights 5-6 when doing double shifts when off work about 9-10 on cycle or off my sleep is about the same, one of the little reasons i have yet to try tren, night sweats would= less sleep and i love my bed time :chomp:

right now 8-9. go to bed at 10 and wake at 6 or 7 depending on if I do cardio or not. This is working.
When I was in college I barely got 6-7 hours.

Sealy and other brands have knockoffs of it, as far as I know they work just as well. The only major difference is that the Tempur is usually firmer.

i get about 5-6 hours.... and know that I'll never get the results i want until i start getting 8 hours a night.

I have one too, and while they aren't as good as the ads make them out to be, I get a lot better sleep on it than my old mattress and that one wasn't cheap. I went from waking up multiple times a night to sleeping almost all the way though. Now I just wake up at about 6ish every morning to take a piss instead of at 2, 4, and 6. So for me it was worth the money. Also mine hasn't even fully broken in yet and I get better sleep on it. I can't wait for a couple of months from now when its softer. Tempurpedics actually have a break in period where the foam isn't as soft as it should be so you don't sink into it as much.

Bought real memory foam on ebay and it's awesome. A bit softer than Temperpedic but I like that. It does hold heat though.

Anyway, sleep is the toughest part for me since I've got a preteen girl pulling all kinds of shit and a baby cutting teeth!

5-6 ...

5-6 hrs. I stay awake to get some tang from my wife after the kids go to bed and get back up 2-3 times for a drink/snack or just basically cause they want to stay up with mommy and daddy. i remember doing the same when i was a lil guy.

usually 6-7. I wake up 4-5 times during the night. I even take meds to fall asleep. Always had issues sleeping. On cycle tho, it doesn't really bother me and I feel fine on 4-6 hrs. One night a couple of weeks ago I slept 7 1/2 hrs straight, didn't wake up once....it was amazing.

EXACT SAME problem bro, I wake up every 2 hours fucking STARVING, and I'm 319lbs. right now!

i like my sealy, i want one of those with memory foam, i just bought a pillow that is mem foam, and it's awesome, so next is the mattress.

as far as sleep goes, between 6-7 most nights, occasionally 8.

I find my 250 lbs hard enough to feed. It must be a real struggle keeping 319 lbs fed.

I work shift work so one week i sleep days and the next i sleep nights. It is really hard on my body, it is hard to get to gym as well, I really need to get a new job if i want to keep on my lifting goal

I get 7 hours daily - I will wake up at around 3am - make myself a protein shake, freeze it for 10 minutes then drink it and go back to sleep.

7-8 spread out..i usually wake up every 30 minutes or so..get a drink eat something roll over...flip around...lmfao...its always something though...if i sleep in bed and not on the couch my blankets and sheets are all over the place and ripped off the bed in the morning...get anxiety at night, not sure why

Probably around 5-6 across two sessions. 3-4 is the most I can get at one time, so I'll sleep from 12 to 3 or 4, then take a 1-2 hour nap before lunch.

Melantonin induces natural sleep paterns and gives you a nice restful sleep
This is one of the best supplements I have ever tried it does exactly as advertised. 1 hr before you want to be asleep and your good for 8hrs rest no tossing and turning works for me.

Melatonin IS a great sleep aid, but I still need prescription meds

Yep...Melatonin works, but for me I snap out of it after 5-6 hours...

on work days about 3-4 hrs .. gettin up at 430 am is no fun and i cannott goto bet at 8or9 pm

7-8...go to bed around 12 or 1 usually and always get up at 9:30. When work starts this September it will probably be bed time earlier and waking up at 7.

They say muscle grows when you rest, but is that only sleep, or could it be lying/sitting down watching TV too? I try my hardest to get 8 hours sleep to grow lol, but working double day shifts, im either up at 4:15am to get ready for work, or 6:30am to get ready for the gym.

I schedule 8-9 hrs but do i really sleep that long? I doubt it :(

10 hours @ night plus a 2-3 hour nap.....but really only that much when im on AAS... when im off the nap is ony about 1hr and i get a solid 8 at night

I got hardly any working seratonin (which regulates the sleep/wake cycle) left from constant x use on weekends. I find that 400mg of 5htp along with 1mg of melatonin taken before bedtime puts me right to sleep and it works very well. I think the less melatonin, the more effective. You can get 240 100mg 5htp pills for $21.00 at the online vitamin stores, other wise your gonna pay $13.00 for only 30 pills at the Walgreens.

school holidays or weekend - 10+ (sometimes up to 13 hours)
school days 7-8

when I went on a school trip to germany when I was 13, we stayed up till like 4.00am and had to get up at 7.30 am every day, was in germany for over a week doing that. When I got home I slept for 23 hours lol no joke.
