need to cut weight ASAP (new to cutting)

Hey All

I'm new to cutting weight and I need to cut 10 lbs in 3 weeks! I'm just getting off a beastdrol cycle and I have some DCP by RPN left. I'm 25, 6'1 ,185lbs with a bout 15-18% bf. I need to cut for a grappling tournament! My diet isn't that good so i'm not even going to bother posting it. I'm going to start doing fasted cardio every morning (Treadmil). I need some tips on eating, when do eat, what to eat. etc. Anything is helpful!
 
do the cardio 6 days per weak. take an eca stack, high protein, moderate to low carbs, low fat. several small meals per day. no cheat meals eat only non processed wholesome foods. keep your workouts long and your breaks short. cut sodium 3-5 days before the event.
 
can you explain the eca stack, im not clear on it and dont wanna frig it up and take a heart attack. Can I still take the DCP with it?
 
and a small meal... like
breakfast - oatmeal and orange
snack - celery and carrots
lunch - tuna with beans (no bread)
snack - celery and carrots
supper - chicken and veggies
snack - oranges and apples

?
 
You need WAY more protein and way less carbs. Lean meats, nuts, green fibrous veggies (not carrots)...All meals, even snacks should contain some protein, carbs should be limited to earlier in the day.

Veggies that contain protein?...Dude, seriously, lets cover the basics, no one is going to do the work for you, just help teach you. If you want a diet laid out for you, you can send me some money via paypal lol

Your meals should all be made up of a lean protein source, some good carbs in the early part of the day, and fiberous veggies.

Example:
Eggs, wheat toast
Grilled Chicken, broccoli, brown rice
Protein Shake
Fish, green beans
Turkey Breast, broccoli
Natural PB (Slow digesting) Protein Shake

Get you some rotisserie chickens every few days if you have the funds. If not, buy some chicken breasts on sale and look a recipe up for cooking them in the slow cooker.

Eat some egg whites mixed with a few real eggs.

Just a couple ideas for lean proteins.

Also, I buy the ground turkey breast at Costco a lot and make Tosca Reno's recipe for meatballs. Google: Clean eats meatballs. They are so good!
 
i didnt mean the veggies / protein thing i was doing 2 things at once and i know no one is going to make one up for me with out $.

i was kinda following a diet you guys described right now anyway, i think im just taking in too many cal's maybe, not sure what my problem is. not enough cardio im guessing.
Will fasted cardio make a big difference?
 
Lol I was just joking with yah bud...You need to log on to fitday.com and log EVERYTHING you eat, it will tell you exactly how many cals you're eating. If you don't know how many cals you are taking in, then how can you expect to make progress. You really need to start paying attention to what, how much, and when youre eating if you really want to get results.

I am currently cutting and I do 45mins on a stationary bike every morning before eating, I lift every other day later in the afternoon, and some nights I have basketball. My lifts Im focusing on the basics, bench, squats, rows, and not as much on isolations, but I do still work bi's/tri's and shoulders, but more focus on the main full body style lifts.

you sound similar to me. I lift mon-wed-fri and most nights i have some type of grappling. im thinking about doing the ECA thing as well. i'll try the calorie thing as well. is it possible for me to lose 10 lbs in 2-3 weeks safely with following a good diet and doing a fasted cardio 5 mornings? plus like i said..i do grappling at nights.

i dont know what dcp is. if its to cut dont take it. you wont need it.

ephedrine, asprin, caffene. i use bronkaid fir the ephedrine, baby asprin and expresso

1 bronkaid 1 baby asprin 2 shots of expresso as soon as i get out of bed then about 4-5 hours later 1 bronkaid

heres a guess 6 oz of lean protein (fish or chicken) 1/4 cup oats or a slice of ezekiel bread, 3-5 almonds and 4-5 broccoli flourets with every meal say 5 times per day along with lots of water.

this is just a really quick example as i am tired. shoot me a pm if you want me to lay out a really detailed good diet.

its safe as long as you are eating enough food. genetics will have a lot to do with how much you lose. just do it and see.

I found the easiest and fastest way for me to drop weight was simply adjusting my diet and doing cardio. If your not worried about a few pounds of weightloss than you can just drastically cut your calories. My body is supposed to consume 3,000 cals a day, so i started eating only anywhere from 800-1500 depending on how my body was acting. I was able to lose 5 pounds a week with no issues. Never felt tired, rarely felt hungry.

If you do that tho you have to really watch what foods your eating because most people will swap to a starvation state and your body will start wanting to absorb everything you take in. SO if your eating really low calories but its a bunch of high fat and high sugar items then you will be storing lots of fats.
 
Im planning on just living off of oatmeal, fish, chicken, fruits and veggies. nothing else lol.

YEP! That's what I do. There ya go! Don't forget the lean beef once a week! If you find a good deal on flank steak go for it! :qt: YUM!
 
I was going to try the ECA but I can't get any epehdrine here in time. So im going to stick to my DCP first thing in the morning and right before bed, plus a couple cups of black coffee first thing in the AM. and veggies and water all day. Hopefully I'll drop 10lbs in the few weeks I have...Morning jogs are a must tooo lol
 
You can get ephedrine at just about any Walgreens or Gas Station, or any product like SEN Metabolic Fuel is an actual ECA stack, takes like 2-3 days to get it.

Honestly with the proper diet and cardio you can lose that easy. Just gotta eat right and really low cut the calories you intake. You might feel starved first the first couple days till your body adjusts. Also you probably have a few pounds of water in you that you dont need.

About a week before the date you need it gone by stop taking in sodium(all sodium). That will cause your body to get rid of alot of water that you dont need.
 
how much sodium? and how many calories should I be at a day? I'm 6'1, 185, wanna be 175.

In my opinion remove the sodium all together. Its not good for you. Find other things so season your food with. I would say cut your calories back to about 1700 a day. Maybe a little less if your body can tolerate it. Dont go below 1500 tho. Not many people can get that low and it not have a pretty negative effect on them.
