I just started HGH 3 days ago... 4IU per day (2iu x2).
I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to if I should add to this anything additional. I plan to go at least six months on the HGH... and based on recommendations may add to it... looking to really cut down fat and gain lean muscle, don't want to bulk up huge.
