Sounds good but I prefer 400mgs of ace a week.

Bf is about 12.5-13% can clearly see top four abs and obliques are coming in.

Have cycled with ace before at 300mgs worked wonders.

If 400 is below average please let me know I will gladly bump it up to maybe 500 a week.
