I'll admit I was pretty bummed out when ExtraMile was bombed. Me and all the other super important members who read his training journal were forced to highlight his posts in order to get our daily fix. Speaking of which, I should go over there now and see how much he benched the other day.
However much it was, I'm sure it is not as heavy as your mom...
