This was my 3rd week back from a bad back injury. Still not where I want to be but I'm progressing. I think that I will see an 770 and 800 lb box squat in the next 4 months.

 
Good to see you are coming back nicely. How's your wrist doing? Saw the heavy wraps in some of your other vids.

It still hurts to clean the log and with any wide grip on any barbell. Working around it as best as I can.

You do know that those are Atlas Stones, and are meant to be lifted onto platforms or over bars, and are not generally used for some quasi Mr. Miagi training, right?

But I can do so much more this way?

Actually a buddy of mine was bragging that the Royal Marines were doing squats on a swiss ball. I told him that there are some soccer players at the local gym here that stand on them for 5 minutes at a time and then squat and then stand...but I'm not out to be a soccer player or a Royal Marine... :)
