In downtown las vegas. At the fremont hotel inside the paradise buffets. It's only wednesday/saturday nights though. Its made to order. You stan in line and when you approach the griller the guy asks you, 'how do you want it". That's when you tell him medium rare. You can get two steaks at once.
It isn't just steak though. Theres a whole buffet there filled with the usual buffet foods/desserts.
I don't mess around with that though, I just eat steaks.
I think the last time I was there I had four sirloin steaks. They aren't big, maybe 12 ounces each. It's definitely a good deal. The meat quality isn't prime or choice, but rather select. But it's decent though for the price.
If you're in downtown vegas, try to visit this place.
They also have a seafood night, too. I think it's Thursday. The seafood night isn't good though. The shrimp isn't pre peeled and everything else is not fresh. If you want fresh seafood, buffets won't do.
