What's you plan?? The winter is approaching fast, and from the looks of it, it sounds like it's gonna be a cold one for some (esp in NE)!!
What's you game plan for the winter? cutting???? BULKING :chomp:!! cruising....

I'm going to be on the Shredder Stack from Needtobuildmuscle.com for the next 4 weeks. I am going to lean out, and see if I can lean out even more this winter... Kind of stupid, but if I can stay lower bf in the winter months, then if I have to cut at all come spring it will be very easy! That's my plan :evil:

Get some of needtos bulking stuff before its gone!

Im going to start the dieselbolan stack soon along with some Polish Sus,, just not in gear yet for the boost!

im still not happy with my bf%, id like to drop another 5% before the frost.
we'll see how im looking come mid winter.. ill either bump up the cals and add some mass or maintain until spring, then lean out again.

tell ya one thing tho, i am NOT looking forward to the cold. it makes everything hurt.
 
im still dieting down for another 6-8 weeks. I want to hit 200lbs this year on my bulker with abs. i know i can hit 190, but those extra 10 pounds are gonna be tough. im 161-163 now, dieting down from 175-177. gonna lean bulk and try to put on 10lbs while keeping bodyfat under 10%, then add in high gi carbs and extra calories to get to 195-200. cycle will probably be 500mg of test e, tren @ 250mg every week, maybe deca @ 300mg every week, and dbol for first 5 weeks. lean bulk in december, switch to high gi carbs in january, back to lean bulk in february, then dieting for 4 months(march, april, may and june). i started dieting too late this year and had alot of interuptions and had to skip a few weeks of workouts here and there
 
Probably Lean out for right now and start a Bulker in December through February. I need to get my gut down and body real nice and trimmed before I start to add some Holiday treats- :Chef:Turkey&dressing with gravy,:RADARhot rolls with butter, pumpkin pie,pecan pie,fruit salad, sweet iced tea,ham and sweet yams,!!:chomp: Damn, lots to pick from!
 
Cutting down right now and plan to bulk after PCT. December thru February will be bulk. PCT then cutting cycle just in time for the summer. I cant wait to taste food again like turkey and dressing mentioned above. Damn I miss that!
 
Bulk of course , dianabol, test , and something else and lot of protein and food .
I am competitive in the spring, so that certainly is a great need to increase the weight.

This coming monday starting a bulker that looks like this
750mg Test C. weeks 1-12
50mg anadrol weeks 1-4
100mg eod Npp weeks 1-10

and thinking about adding winstrol at the end but havent made up my mind yet Im looking forward to this one.
 
im doing a bulk.
500g test p for 9 weeks, just started 4 days ago.
already gained 1 kg....and feel strong as HELL!

For now, PCT and trying to maintain my weight at my -10% bf...

I'm around 215lbs and would like to put an additional 15-20 lean lbs on. A tough challenge but I like to reach for the skies. Plus I never went with high doses before and I'll be taking in extreme amounts of protein and carbs....so end of November,/early December is BULK

750-900mg Test E (depending on concentration of Test...3cc's worth)
600mg EQ
6 weeks or so kickstart with Dbol
Possibly end with Tren Ace 100mg ED if I think it'll help (if I'm thinking about it, that means yes)
Little bit of adex to protect me with gyno and bloat

12 week cycle I'm thinking. Want to put on a ton of mass without much bodyfat gain. Then focus all spring, summer, and fall to get into competition shape for perhaps my first show. If I can put on enough mass and if I look good enough that is. If not, I'll always be a hit at the beach lol.
 
Clean bulk! Started at 175 at the beggining of this month up already 10 lbs ima try to hit 195-200 by the end of november :evil: oh and halowwen is coming up so i gotta be cutt :D
 
Now that winter is coming and I will be able to hide any sort of belly that I may develop, Im gunning to add 15-20 lbs. already gained 10 since starting my "HRT" and dbol ;).
 
Bulking the fuck up!!!! trying that new "see food diet". If you see food, you eat it....ow and ill be adding some test dbol and eq to supplement that diet. Cant wait!
 
I have adult beer league basketball coming up in November I think so I'm just finishing up the beastdrol right now and wait til after the season is over to start my deiselbolan starter stack.
 
I am not running anything yet. Gonna start in a couple weeks. I will be running deca and sust with an oral. I am either gonna run some D bol or ANADROL> Its time to get big and mean!

Haha, its not bad. i used to eat mcdonalds 3-4 times per week before i started training and eating right. my favorite was the big mac, i would kill 2 big macs, 40 nuggets and a large fry. dont forget the DIET coke, lmao. havent eaten mcdonalds in over 1 and a half years, dont know why, ill eat it soon as a cheat meal when i bulk.

I'm running a cycle I'm prtetty excited about. I'm goin real basic but effective at first

900 mg of mix ester test a week for 12 weeks
test prop the first couple weeks to get it goin
then 20mg of dbol pre workout only with breaks every few weeks to rest the liver.

Then week 13-16 ultradex shots daily (50mg each of prop, fina and mast) with an extra 25 mg of prop
HCG trhoughout, clom and nolvat end
adex at .5 a day throughout.

Over the spring they came out to 18.75 I think. Everyone says I put at least an inch on since then....not sure but def 19+ haha. I honestly have about 2 shirts now that fit me. I'm going to the mall tonight but I'm afraid to buy clothes because when I bulk this winter, I'm sure I'll be busting that shit as well! haha

Yup, 1 week in and cutting for now, noticing some results, but I'm sure i'll see the real deal in a few weeks. 1st cycle in 4.5 years. But i still would love to get an injectale in to really feel like im ON!!!

As far as the Primo, I felt it to be similiar to EQ but the gains were a bit more quality and less "pumped up." Like EQ fills me up with blood and makes me look pumped and juiced. Primo was a little less but the gains I got were solid quality.

Nothing compares to Trenbolone. Tren Ace gave me the best of everything.

And yeah, I will definitely run it again in the winter. Fuck it, I might shoot 100mg E/D for 8 weeks along with the Test, Dbol, and Eq :mad:.

I might give it a shot in my spring cycle primo only with GH and peptides.. I am planning to have minimal HPTA*supression..

Yes, bro, you will be glad that you dont have to work as hard to get back in the low body fats. i just cant seem to understand why some people let themselves get so sloppy in the off season, i know putting mass on is one thing, and everyone deserves cheat meals especially in the off season, but damn, its like they switched the roles and eat fast food 5 times a day with 1 healthy meal. When a girl sees a picture of you ripped then goes to touch your abs and feels a fatty spare tire, what are you gonna do? tell her your bulking? like she'll understand, LMAO. true story.

I hear you bro, bodybuilding has changed my life and has become an addiction for me, seriously. its ok to cheat in the fall and winter time, just dont get too sloppy and go all out and become 110% dedicated when spring comes around, wake up and do that morning cardio, no cheating, dont stop at 43 minutes when you planned to do 45 minutes, etc, etc. im still debating on what to do right now, get ripped and try to maintain for a while, or just bulk up til march and run my diet again for 16 weeks, 20 weeks if i get too out of shape but i always make sure i can see my abs when i flex when im bulking to make sure im not getting too fat.
 
Nomak, What have you decided to run?

Test Enanthate: 250mg every 4th day
Tren Enanthate: 125mg every 4th day
Deca: 225mg every 4th day
Dbol: 30mg ed for first 5 weeks

high calories diet 6 whole food meals, 1 post workout shake. alot of food, i have the diet all written out already, didnt count the calories but id say its over 5000 and thats a rough guess.

that what i do when i go into pct as well. drop the volume and use high intensity, you may not have the motivation to use high intensity but juts try. and definitely eat as much possible. im sure its alot harder without the tren right? tren is making me eat like a beast.

I'm hoping the excessive calories and excessive jooze, plus HEAVY compound lifts will add some nice size to my frame. Probably closer to 240 though, but 250 just sounds cooler to me so I'll hope for that haha.
 
Ye 250 does sound big when yo get there.... but then when you're there, its not that big at all, then 260- 270 sounds better, lol.

Bro, when I was 185 I thought that at 200 I would be a huge shredded monster. 200lbs came and I was like "Ok so when I get to 210 I'll be perfect." Now I'm at 220lbs off cycle and I feel small...and from what I've read on different forums from national bodybuilding competitors, they often feel the same way. And those guys are like double my size.

Thats how alot of bodybuilders are. we dont realize that we are getting bigger and that we think we are small because we see ourselves in mirrors atleast a few times per day. for example, if you see someone everday for 3 months, you wont notice much difference in him, but if you dont see him for 3 months then see him after a bulking phase, you will notice it ALOT more. i feel like my arms are small, but everyone says theyre huge because im short. i think 200lbs for me is perfect at 5'6, but maybe ill get like you once i get there and want more. come on, who doesnt wanna be bigger right?

Yeah, I think everyone feels that way from time to time. You just have to make sure to run into somebody you haven't seen in a while. That always works for me! My latest was "Damn, what happened to you!?" Haha gotta love that!

Rehabbing a shoulder right now but planning on Diesel/Epi cycle later around January I think...
