Hey good question. I've been officially unemployed since last August 2008. I've been self employed this whole time.

I had a plan just after I lost that job in april that sort of didnt make it cost effective to work through the summer (because of unemp benefits and other way of making cash>job) before said plan began this month. Now that plan has fallen apart and so Im just another guy who hasnt worked in a while, thats why i asked. gotta regroup and sort start over
Hey sorry to hijack your thread. I just don't want to make another thread thats the same. If I've been self employed for the past year, shoudl I list that on my resume? If I don't i'll have a 1 year gap on my resume from the last time I was employed by someone else.
