im thinking tren. obviously its not possible to do while natural, but lee priest says in an interview that he advocates on the old school of high volume 20-30 sets per muscle workouts. he also says that he pushes every set to failure, meaning he does high volume and high intensity. let me get everyones thought on this. obviously, the diet has to be in check, and the calories have to be pretty high.
