i could deal with pretty much all the other stereotypical gym behavior if people would stop doing squirrels (our name for squat rack curls) and would re-rack their weights. I get so sick of people loading up 495 on the bar, doing two 1/4 squats, then just walking off. I've done straight sets of deadlifts where i nearly passed out, gotten blood shot eyes, and could barely think straight from the headache, and i still always rack my shit.
