I have found one female that has exceeded 5 minutes-Tatyana but i would expect no less from a gal like that. :)

I'm lost..... you talking jump plain jump roping non-stop. My time 15 min. non-stop every day for the last 4.5 months. I find this to be less impactive on my knees .... and yes, I can make it the entire 15 mins with screwing up. If you give me one bottle of Beastdrol I'll post it on u-tube....lol

Our mma class warms up with jump rope for 10 minutes to get the blood pumping.
I'd say all 25 people do the full 10 minutes, and maybe 10 of those people go without messing up and alternating legs, skips, etc.

If your used to just walking or not much cardio at all, then yeah it'll feel like a nightmare.
But most people I know who run regularly or do HIIT do it fine

I run 2 miles every day but jump roping wore me out. I guess it boils down to cordination.
