AAS Members Appreciation Thread

This is for all the aas members who are here regularily, some daily, others a few times a week, and some grace us with their presence and insight once or twice a month.

You are all very appreciated and your thoughts and knowledge that you choose to spend here is very much appreciated.

Thank you for your time and it's a pleasure sharing knowledge and thoughts with all you gentlemen AND ladies.

On behalf of the mods and admins, I'd like to say thank you for a great year!

EF is growing in numbers and we are breaking records as I'm sure some of you have heard over the past few weeks.

I would specifically like to thank the seasoned vets and the newer members who are doing an outstanding job setting a good example to the newbs that come to this board in terms of advice given regarding aas and reporting threads as spam, source checks and things like that.

Every one of you helps the forum and EF as a whole in more ways that you think.

If you ever need me, I'll be around...most of the day I sign on and hang around...either on my blackberry, my iPhone, at work, at home, etc...I'm on at least 4-5 hours a day, so drop me a PM or a profile msg and I'll get back to you ASAP

By fare the best and deepest bodybuilding site on the net. And a very technically sound well put together site, something that's overshadowed by all the great info. Whoever built this did a nice job!

Train with less than 2 minutes in-between sets.

Cut calories.
