How Much Green Tea?

I got some green tea extract, its 315mg per capsule but everywhere I read says to take 3 500mgcapsules per day for fat burning effects. On the bottle it says just take one capsule per day.

I decided to take somewhere in between and itstead of taking 5 capsules per day in order to get the equivalent of 3x500mg Iv been takign two, one on waking and one before bed, but Iv also been drinking 3-5 cups of green tea per day..

I was just wondering if anyone could give me advise on how much of this stuff I should take?
 
You could honestly go as heavy as your body will tolerate.
Unless your extract is very high in EGCG or super cheap, its not worth taking.
Why? Because you could just as easily buy a giant box of Green Tea teabags and cut them open.
Then you either cap the leaves or swallow them whole.

the label is actually misleading bro.. Cos they say a very mild dose for normal person - we bodybuilders are not normal and we need a little more

personally i was able to tolerate up to 1500mg.. So check how much you could tolerate and stay within that limit

Yeah Iv taken up to 5 a day but that made gave me butterfly's, made me feel sick, especially when it was a double dose on an empty stomach, so iv bin takin 4 a day now, only one at a time and thats bin alright, so that like 1260mg a day, u think that will be enough for fat loss?

yeah bro - that should be enough - I feel that diet and workout plays a major role and green tea is just a catalyst..

I got great results by adding chromium to my diet - i took green tea and chromium before my high carb meal - all the way to my contest and got great results

OK, do you know any other effective natural fat burners or fat burning stacks? other than green tea and caffeine? I was gonna try capsaicin but I couldnt find it anywhere...

Iv heard "Lean System 7" is good I couldnt find it in any shops and I dont know how natural it is...

I just throw two or three lemon green tea bags in my gallon jug of water every day. That way i make sure I am getting at least one gallon of water a day and also my green tea. The lemon flavor gives the water a nice taste too.
