I've done security at military installations and various government/federal institutions. Depending on the company, the PT tests can be either down right comically easy, or quite strenuous.

Pushups ~ 25 with perfect form (I only do them on the wall so I suck here as well)
Sit-ups~ 20 in 60 seconds (hard for me, I usually do crunches)
1.5 mile run ~ 16 minuets (easy)

go into nursing instead. Better pay, more career options, 2 years to earn RN and you can make $75K+ working 3 days a week. You can do your RN to BSN online in another 2 years, get your masters after that, and with the right specialty make $200K+ in a clinical setting or you can go the admin route and make the same or more.
