the best four to six weeker?

Ok so many guys have said long cycles are great and many have said short cycles are. Regardless of what you think about that...what do you think the best four or six weeker would be for someone who has af ew cycles unde the belt?
Looking to obviously get stronger, run faster and increase my endurance.

So six weeks of sus and dbol?
Worried about dbol because I swear it killed my endurance but it could have been the tren also.

mainly want to get my push ups and sit ups into the hundreds wihout a break. Dont want run times suffering though.
 
It really depends on your cycle experience but I would say 500-700mgs prop daily along with 50mgs anavar daily for 6 wks.

lol push ups, sit ups 1.5 mile run or 2 mile,,,,, so military or pd,, what kind of pt test you gotta take??? if it is a pt test i would steer clear of everything bro,, cant run on dbol, and 6 weeks is too short a time imo...
 
don't do tren at all. a buddy of mine said he had a REALLY hard time with sprints or any running for that matter when he was on it. if i were you i'd go with test prop, tbol, and mast. i don't have any exp. with mast but i've never heard anything about it affecting endurance.
 
prop/tren for 6 weeks but i dont think u will be able to run, as i herd tren makes u feel winded.

so anavar for 6 weeks or halo for 4 weeks with some prop

prop+dbol
prop+npp
or all 3 prop+dbol+npp
tren is strong too but that shit is plain poison.

Ok.....500-700mg Prop A DAY???? That's what, 3-5 grams a week??? Yeah, great idea, I'm sure his puships will increase but...

You want to increase your pushup and situp endurance? Don't take steroids, start doing pushups and situps. If you are training for endurance, the only thing that may help is EPO, but thats as gay as Lance Armstrong. Just start training hard!
 
I was under the impression runners typically take winny and mast? or mast derivative?

Go to the training session. The gains you want are pretty easily attained with Cycletech :D (rofl) and or proper diet and supplment with good training.Most of your advances will come from that I think. just my .01 cuz it aint worf .02

what the hell are you talking about? even if you were stupid enough to inject 500 mgs of prop in one day you sure as hell wouldnt be able to walk or sit or stand without crying like a little girl. very bad advice. i hope this is a misprint or something.:confused:
 
prop and var or prop and winny. dbol, tren, and most others will greatly hinder your endurance for your goals. maybe 300-400mgs prop pew week and 25-50mgs of either var or winny everyday.
 
Can we start with some basic questions here? What is your current weight and height? What does your current workout and diet look like? Are you working a PT test formate ED, EOD or 3X a week? Have you tried 60/120s to help with your wind for running?

If you are just trying to pass a PT test(I have taken 100s of them) I suggest no gear. Push, situp and run your butt off. ..........but it is virtually impossibe to give you any legitimate advice with so little information.
 
Awww Gotcha...I know what to take. No tren!! Kills endurance, No dbol causes to big of pumps for cardio, Eq would be good however you need to run i for more than 12 weeks. I know this shit from personal experience. If im going to run anything it would be prop or supension and not Holy fucking Shit 500mgs a day.

Have not been around the board alot lately but wanted to prove a point. There is alot of people giving suggestions that have no fucking clue. What happened to this board? I have never seen so much bullshit put into a thread.

Thanks to all who gave real advice. To all the newer guys take this as a warning. Read read read and dont just take anyones advice from the boards. Find out who on the boards know their stuff and who doesnt before you go following anything.
 
Wanna increase pushups? You need to get stronger without adding mass for that.

Halo is the best choice for that.

First of all here’s a list of things I’ve seen suggested that I would steer clear of. Do not take:

Sus – too much of the test is long ester and will not benefit you nearly as much in 4 – 6 wks
Tren – will hinder your running, endurance
Dbol – major calf cramps/tightness, back cramps/tightness make running difficult
Adrol – too much bloat as well as tightness

Also I would only take winny if I were also running npp to counter the joint pain. Obviously joint pain would suck if you’re trying to improve your running, endurance, push-ups, etc.

I would keep it simple with some prop and var. That will boost your strength, help you increase you push-ups and sit-ups and help your explosiveness for your speed. The key however will be your training and diet.

I can’t recommend amounts without knowing a little more about your stats and history. Most are going to fall some where in the range of 50 – 100 mgs/day prop and 25 – 75 mgs/day var with, of course, the low side being less experienced and the high side more experienced.

Also, don’t forget the PCT. It’s important on short cycles too.:chomp:
 
I have done some extensive reading and for what I am lookin for Anavar, halo or clen would be my best bet. I may go with them or nothing at all. My problem with the run has always been my lungs. It weird my body never hurts. Legs, feet shoulders all fine. Except after a run Im dizzy till i almost puke and during the run my lungs are on fire!!! I can run forever and my body barely hurts yet I always seem like I cant get enough oxygen.

maybe next time look at what youve written before you hit the post button. this will usually avoid any confusion.
 
lol at this thread. I agree with Snowy (think it was him). Too much advice on this board is just regurgitated info not based on experience or real knowledge. There are also far to many people looking for excuses to jump on other people over what are clearly mistakes.Like it is some stupid race to be the next 'expert'.

Those who don't really know need to start reading and limit their typing to asking questions.
