clomid dosage post cycle?

Anyways, if i were to do a 10 week sust cycle @ 500 ew. How much clomid would i need ed, and for how long. weight right now is 210, will end up being close to 200 by the time i start the cycle. around 5k cals a day all clean.

I thought 300mg was a mass amount?
