IRONCLAD - New Vendor Intro

What dose are you taking to get the good result?
The Mirebagron tablets are 50mg sustained release, I'm taking the recommended dose of 50mg (1 tablet) every morning mate.
It's been doing it's magic day & night. It's been my saviour on long car trips too, no pulling over on the side of the road hiding behind the car door anymore 😅 way more comfortable that's for sure. I could never drink the amount of water that I should have been drinking otherwise.

That’s brilliant, @koba. I hear you, brother. When a man’s gotta go, he’s gotta go… doesn’t matter where.😂

Sounds like this manages the need really well. Ever thought about doing nightly doses instead before bed? Do you think it would work just as well?💪

good to hear its a help for you brother! I tend to wake up early hours of the morning these days for one pee - and that's annoying enough!

The formula is extended release, so it should work just as well with morning doses bro

TOUCHDOWN!!💥🏈
Yet another flawless delivery from the Master of the Clan! ⚔️🥷From Ironclad labs! @IronHQ🏆🔥
Mirabegron has become the game changer for my sleep, by allowing me to finally get uninterrupted sleep, by greatly reducing the times that I wake ⏰️ to urinate each night🌙
Hey @koba how are you finding these so far? I've dealt with nighttime waking for peeing for years now, I can't remember the last time I got more than 4 hours uninterrupted 😅 I'm booked in to see a urologists but I wouldn't mind having something like this in the back pocket for the interim

@r3dub the Mirebagron is working really well for me. The overall time that I spend asleep is much longer, hence I'm getting a better quality of sleep & my mood during the next day while I'm awake, overall has been much improved!

JANOSHIK REPORTS

TESTED. TRUSTED. IRONCLAD.

Awesome additions. I had a photoshoot recently and was going to add some diuretics, it was actually really difficult to get my hands on anything. Just make sure if anyone is going that route of water management to get some help from someone in the know with proper protocol guidance (not ChatGPT).

NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT

PHARMA MEDS

Eplerenone

25mg x 50 - $100
25mg x 100 - $160

50mg x 50 - $160
50mg x 50 - $280

I will let @Baz101 speak to it's benefits!
Hey all, I just wanted to do a write up on the benefits of Eplerenone in almost all cycles that utilize GH and "Wet compounds," (Anything that may promote water retention) and how it plays a vital role in a lot of cycles that we often neglect that contribute to Neuroinflammation, Cardiac hypertrophy and Fibrosis and renal fibrosis and inflammation.

Eplerenone is a selective mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist that selectively binds to aldosterone to inhibit its effect. Aldosterone, in brief signals the body to retain sodium and in turn water which in turn increases blood pressure. It is important to note, this is the mechanism (the RAAS system) that is activated with GH and almost all PEDs that raise estrogen and progesterone and is why you have "Moon face," when adding in GH or Nandrolone Additionally it is extremely beneficial to controlling Carpal tunnel syndrome when adding in GH. For those of you who struggle with these compounds due to their side effects, Eplerenone is a God send as you will be able to tolerate GH and Wet compounds without suffering from carpal tunnel or turning into a bloated mess.

However this is not where the benefits end! to anyone that takes health and risk mitigation seriously should consider adding eplerenone into their cycle as it has so many benefits that I have compiled a series of peer reviewed papers for you all to read if you so desire. I have only included FREE peer reviewed articles so that you all can verify the information or read more as so many individuals just read the abstract and completely Ignore the article design. Yellow represents what Aldosterone does and Blue is what MRA (Eplerenone) does

NOTE: these are all articles I have quoted and there is NO AI, I have included the titles so you can verify these studies and read more if you want as I dont believe AI compiles the most accurate articles and is prone to misquoting them.

I have broken them down into body systems so they are a bit more digestible haha.

Cardiac and renal effects of aldosterone: Take away, independently Aldosterone can cause Cardiac remodelling, hypertrophy, fibrosis and mitochondrial dysfunction within cardiac tissue even when blood pressure is controlled. Additionally, these effects are also observed in the kidneys (fibrosis, inflammation and dysfunction)

Aldosterone-Related Cardiovascular Disease and Benefits of Mineralocorticoid Receptor Antagonists in Clinical Practice 2025

High levels of aldosterone are associated with vascular and cardiac remodeling, myocardial fibrosis, and endothelial dysfunction with consequent increased risk of cardiovascular events and cardiovascular mortality. High levels of aldosterone induce reactive oxygen species with consequent oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction. Moreover, aldosterone induces myocardial hypertrophy through increase of sarcomere mass mediated by pro-hypertrophic effect mediated by a G protein-coupled receptor kinase 5 cytosolic signaling and retention of ions and water regulated by aquaporins.

Aldosterone and Cardiovascular Risk Across the Lifespan 2025

Subclinical forms of primary aldosteronism have been identified across all age groups, and it is increasingly linked to early signs of adverse cardiac remodelling, even in young adults. Notably, adverse cardiac remodelling was independent of blood pressure. Furthermore, primary aldosteronism confers excess cardiovascular morbidity and mortality compared to blood-pressure-matched essential hypertension. Importantly, these risks can be mitigated through timely diagnosis and treatment with mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists.

Aldosterone’s impact on kidney health: exploring the benefits of mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists for renal protection 2024

Experimental evidence highlights aldosterone’s involvement in renal inflammation, collagen deposition, and fibrosis, often exacerbating the effects of therapies like angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) by increasing proteinuria and vascular damage. Conversely, mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (MRAs) show promise in mitigating these harmful effects.

Neurological:

For those of you wondering how aldosterone can impact you neurologically the take away for those of you who want a summary: It aldosterone is neuroinflammatory and increases risk of dementia and increased white matter lesions.

Primary Aldosteronism and Cognitive Dysfunction: A Case-Control Study (2025)

Risk of dementia in primary aldosteronism compared with essential hypertension: a nationwide cohort study 2023

Aldosterone plays a pivotal role in dementia 2022

Hyperaldosteronism has negative effects, causing arterial hypertension but also promoting inflammation and fibrosis by binding to local mineralocorticoid receptors (MR) in tissues, particularly in the heart, smooth muscle cells of blood vessels and kidneys, thus enhancing damage in addition to high blood pressure itself. MR have also been found in the central nervous system (CNS) and aldosterone is being investigated in the context of cognitive function

The effects of aldosterone are the subject of several studies and represent a potential new therapeutic direction in the treatment of neurocognitive disorders [9]. Studies have suggest that increased aldosterone levels are a significant risk factor in the development of stroke, one of the leading causes of cognitive dysfunction [10]. Additionally, positive effects of aldosterone inhibitors on preserving cognitive function and also preventing cerebrovascular events were observed

Cognitive impairment in hyperaldosteronism is caused by the phenomenon known as aldosterone-mediated cerebrovascular remodelling. MR activation promotes vascular inflammation and oxidative stress, resulting in disrupted blood flow regulation in the brain [11]. Aldosterone also has a strong effect on the development of atherosclerosis [12]. Thus, high serum aldosterone level seems to enhance the main pathophysiological mechanisms in the development of vascular dementia
