• Daily calorie target: 2,400 kcal/day
• Macros: 210g carbs, 67g fat, 240g protein
• Let the diet slip hard last night. First crashout binge and ended up in about a 1k surplus. Not upset because the body honestly needed it, I haven’t given myself any true cheat meals or regress due to the weddings and I considered the alcohol my cheat meal. Put it to use this morning with some fasted cardio and a brutal arm day (thanks for the extra torture Koba)

• Rest day and mobility day at the gym tomorrow

• Most intense leg day of the year yesterday, back and hips felt great so time to grow the tree trunks again
• Injected 600mg of L-Carnatine pre workout today as the first time trying L-Carnatine. I’ve had it sitting on my dresser for probably 3 months and finally decided to give it a try. Is it worth the added injection? Have a similar debate with Glutathione as I have only used it a few times

• Hit the final boss of arm supersets as recommended by @koba . I’d by lying if I said I hit all 3 sets of the wrist curls, I tapped out on those after the first set and just turned it into the dual superset because my forearms were already torched since I haven’t hit forearm focused exercises in a couple years honestly. But my arms felt like balloons at the end of my workout, the added carbs from last night’s mini binge helped fuel all the volume

• Knot in my back is still there and is killing the workout. Both in a physical and mental aspect. Mentally because I can feel it in the middle of sets and throws off my focus/mind muscle connection.

• Saturday was Pull B & posterior which was a great lat and hamstring workout but that knot was aggravating on rows and reverse flys. Started workout with 1 set of pull ups to mechanical failure and going to start working those back in, lats felt more fired on that 1 set than most lat workouts as of recent.
• Took yesterday off and did a deep tissue massage hoping to help knot. Yet it was just as bad today during a Push workout. Used hella icy hot and honestly was too much as it would have a burning sensation during heavy pressing movements when my shoulders blades were tucked together and pressed against the bench, plus the knot pinch feeling every rep.
• Nonetheless still full throttle and just have to flip that switch for 30 seconds during working sets.

• Saturday was Pull B & posterior which was a great lat and hamstring workout but that knot was aggravating on rows and reverse flys. Started workout with 1 set of pull ups to mechanical failure and going to start working those back in, lats felt more fired on that 1 set than most lat workouts as of recent.
• Took yesterday off and did a deep tissue massage hoping to help knot. Yet it was just as bad today during a Push workout. Used hella icy hot and honestly was too much as it would have a burning sensation during heavy pressing movements when my shoulders blades were tucked together and pressed against the bench, plus the knot pinch feeling every rep.
• Nonetheless still full throttle and just have to flip that switch for 30 seconds during working sets.

• Changes from last week: Weight is up from increased cals, still getting leaner and pumps are back to feeling like the skin is going to pop💪

• Knot is all but gone. It didn’t affect my arm day yesterday but it ruined the start of my leg day the day before, because I wasn’t able to pinch my back together for heavy BB squats. Subbed in leg press and just made sure to make those 4 sets feel as intense/heavy as my heavy squats were going to.

Just got bloods back, I expect a little inflation from the poor diet leading up to the bloods, but mostly from the cycle.
Since last bloods (about 4-5 weeks ago), I added in Anavar 25mg/day and EQ 150mg/wk, along with the 350mg Test. I went from EOD Test to ED injections since my E2 was a little high last time, I also was taking 500mcg of Calcium D-Glucarate and increased that to 1000mcg. Dropping back to 500mcg Calcium D-Glucarate to help raise E2 a couple points.
Increased test from 350->420. Plan was 200 EQ but after low E2 on these bloods I will only bump to 175. EQ will be 3x/wk still and will swap Test to 5 injections a week instead of ED, see how it affects bloods and to just reduce the pinning frequency since I travel quite a bit and makes it a pain in the ass

When my bloods showed E2 in the 70s, I was injecting 3x/week on 350 test, no other AAS or ai, just 500mcg calcium d glucarate and 300mg DIM everyday.
After seeing the high E2, the following 4 weeks I added in EQ at 150mg/wk injecting MWF. Swapped from injecting Test 3x/week to every day, no change in total weekly dosage. Also added in anavar at 25mg/day for the 4 weeks. I also increased the calcium d glucarate to 1000mg/day. But I think most of the E2 drop is from the 4 weeks of EQ and swapping to everyday injections, with an added nudge from calcium d glucarate. Also a hair leaner on than I was a month ago

The eq would be the main influence here no doubt at all bruz

My plan was to add the EQ, but I am also working with a local coach and always getting great guidance from @koba which solidified my plan to add EQ both from an anabolic and AI standpoint. But 15pg/ml is too low so hoping to get it more around 30pg/ml

I didn’t realize until after that for someone reason the estradiol panel on that one limits out low estradiol and only tests levels above 39pg/ml. Getting another draw done in about 2 weeks that tests E2 on full range (panel I usually run), plus gives me an idea of direction bloods are 3 weeks into the new stack I am running

I’m naturally vascular as is, but the EQ really made my veins pop almost too much haha. I normally have a bicep vein when walking around even when I was natural before this cycle, but now my bicep vein is way more obvious and my quads and calves have veins running down them unpumped. I love the look of veins but I don’t want to be in the grocery store and scream I’m on steroids with my veins sticking out (at least not yet into this journey)
Seeing how primo does the body in a cut but really looking forward to EQ during a growth phase later in the year

I would not be so concerned with the whole estrogen thing. I would be more concerned with simplifying the cycle and having it under control. @Tomandjerry

Main concern is just overall health and slowly titrating the cycle up and keeping it simple like you said so blood markers stay in range. Goal is a long a healthy push, not a short blast. The estrogen I keep an eye on to see how my body responds to the ratio of EQ and now primo to see how much AI effects it gives
