if you're hitting a plateau at 215lbs the first thing I'd look at is your diet and training before jumping to tren. That said, if you're set on it, 250mg tren with 500mg test is a rough combo to start with. Tren and high test together tend to amplify sides hard, sweats, insomnia, aggression, prolactin issues. Most guys who've been around long enough will tell you to keep test low when running tren, somewhere around 200-300mg, and start tren at 150-200mg to see how your body handles it
