Raptor Labs Official - first order, no response!

Hi all,
I’m new here. I found Raptor though the recommendations in the threads. I put my first order in over a week ago, paid with BTC. I receive an email saying that something went wrong with the order and I need to pay again! Fair enough, but I’ve emailed 5 times over the last week and they are totally blanking me! I’ve provided the order and BTC payment evidence…
Can anyone give me some advice on what to do or if you’ve had a similar problem? I’ve checked and it is the legit website. At this point I think I’m being taken for a ride, I’m hoping that’s not the case!
Would appreciate feedback fellas!

Damn! Yeah I spoke to the real Raptor now, he’s sorting me out. I’ve been using someone else and thought I’d try them out. $350 lesson learned!!!!
