Honestly brother, if you want to log for somebody the best thing to do is start a log. Once your log is started sponsors will see what you do what your made of and will be more inclined to sponsor you.

I think also if you want to be on a certain team. Support that team. Jump in their threema do a small purchase. Rep their stuff in your log. Even just interact on their vendor thread or their current loggers logs. It will go a long way in getting you noticed.
Saying on a logger interest thread you are happy to get free gear but aren't willing to firstly represent what you might bring to the table for their brand just looks like your a gear goblin.
EVO, EF and ABX is beginning to be seen as a place for people to come from all over and get free gear as they know the pressures vendors are under to remain trading with the increased logger requirements.

Show them you'll update your log without being begged each week by your sponsor.
Show them you are in it for bodybuilding and not just getting free gear.
If you do those few things you'll be be so far ahead of any other potential applicants. Vendors will be lining up to sign you.

In short, I’m specifically looking for individuals who are not currently reliant on AAS use or closely affiliated with a coach. My focus is on working with people who are genuinely seeking a life changing transformation.
I aim to provide not only product support but also ongoing guidance and mentorship throughout the process. With my experience and established presence in the fitness industry my goal is to invest time and effort into individuals who truly need direction and may not know where to begin.
My current logger @gar71 is a strong example of the type of individual I’m looking to work with.
Thanks for the mention @Unitedau, I agree with all that you and @War Born Peptides have said, set up a log, don’t be a gear/peptide whore,if you’re lucky enough to pick up a sponsor, be loyal, run a good consistent log,update regularly and support the sponsor that’s supporting you!! I’ve never logged before but I’m real keen to get started. I’m 6”2’ 94kg and relatively lean. Currently I’m only running test but I’m keen to start a hectic bulk and blast some gear and go balls to the wall with it. I can send physique pics and anything needed to show that I stay consistent with tracking progress. Im more than happy to work with my sponsor if i get picked up and log as frequent with as much information on training, diet and whatever else you’d want me to include in my logs. Just a heads up to other vendors regarding someone going by the name “MadBunDisease” aka “Sollomon” real name Ingoro Ingram.
He had been logging for me over the past four weeks. As part of a sponsored arrangement, I supplied him with a few peptides and also offered him 50% off anything else he wanted moving forward. Despite that, he constantly kept asking for freebies.
Most recently, he asked me to send him an HGH kit, saying he’d pay tomorrow which made it obvious he wasn’t a genuine logger but someone mainly chasing free products. When I clearly told him that I won’t be offering any 50% discount he just removed me from his telegram.
Just sharing this so other vendors can be cautious, as there’s a good chance he’ll try contacting others as well.

Very interesting turn of event. What this looks like is @MadBunDisease was going around scabbing other peptide vendors whilst supposedly being sponsored by @ApexLabs_ at the time . There's also another lab I know of that was approached by this guy, but I'll wait for them to announce that officially.

Obviously we have a few people taking advantage of new vendors maybe we need to come up with some sort of plan to maybe pre quality new loggers or maybe all new loggers have to have been active members for 3 months or something like that any ideas welcome

At the end of the day it’s entirely up to the vendor. I do think that if someone is genuinely wanting to log, they should start one on their own back and see if a vendor picks them up. Being a good customer and supporting the community is always a good start
I think loggers should also undergo the same trial of trust like the vendors. If we treat vendors with initial skepticism, then the same rule should apply for loggers.
Maybe start small then as they gain further trust, then can increase their support package value over time.

Might not be so obvious to some but the purpose of starting a log is to self reflect on your fitness journey and seek community feedback on potential improvements that you yourself might have missed.
You don't start off as a celebrity where vendors are chasing after you for sponsorships. The real celebrities are the trusted brothers, platinum members and actual VIPs who's been on this forums for many months / years.

Biggest issue is Vendors being forced to pick up loggers to make the probationary requirements needed to not be suspended on the Forums,
Meaning sometimes is just slim pickings and they have to take the risk with new/unknown loggers to survive.

I agree - often the well known members on Evo and EF are already taken. But again - a good reason to start a log off your own back with a purchase of your own to prove yourself.

It’s unfortunate that many vendors both on Evo and here who have consistently built strong reputations through service, product quality, communication, transparency and active contribution to the community are still subjected to probation style requirements tied to loggers with the risk of removal if those requirements are not met.
From a vendor perspective, building trust with loggers has become increasingly difficult given the recent issues we’ve seen. In my case one of the loggers involved was my own and now with situations like Sollomon allegedly scamming multiple vendors it raises an important question, where does administration step in to protect vendors in the same way members are protected from vendor related scams?
I fully support genuine loggers and understand the value they can bring to the community however having a logger alone does not automatically determine whether a vendor is trustworthy, honest or incapable of exit scamming. Unfortunately scams can happen regardless of probation systems or logging requirements.
Many of us have invested significant time and effort into establishing not only our brands but also our personal reputations within these forums. Beyond the forums themselves many vendors have built long term customer relationships and genuine friendships through consistent support, reliability and contribution to the community. That level of commitment and history should also carry weight and recognition.
My point is simply that the primary focus at times seems directed toward the wrong areas and the wrong people. Genuine vendors and genuine members are ultimately what keep forums active, trusted and growing. Without those people there is no real community or traffic to sustain the platform. Rather than placing established contributors under unnecessary probation requirements or removing them over technicalities there should be greater emphasis on assessing overall reputation, consistency, contribution and genuine intent.

From what I can see the way these forums are built is there’s a lot of pressure put onto vendors through logging requirements, constant updates and making sure loggers are staying active all the time.
From a management side of things I can also understand why they push it so hard. Active logs and regular posting probably helps keep the forum active, brings more traffic in and keeps engagement going which would help the forum stay visible online and grow.
At the same time though I do agree there probably should be a bit more leniency towards vendors in general. Without genuine vendors and contributors these forums wouldnt be what they are today.
I also think there needs to be some accountability on the logger side aswell. Personally I think members should probably be active and logging consistently for a certain amount of time before getting picked up by a vendor and vendors should also be vetting some of these newer users before bringing them on as loggers aswell.
