BPC into my shoulder for recovery

I'm looking to try BPC and inject it into my shoulder. What do you think about doing 250 mcg in each shoulder every single day? Do you think that would benefit me, or do you think I should increase the dosage or run 500 mcg every other day in each shoulder?
I use BPC especially with my shoulder as well. It's gone really well for me. You can run anywhere from 250 mcg to 500 mcg a day.

You can run BPC into your shoulder. I would try and do 500 micrograms a day.

BPC works great, in fact, a lot of people use it on a daily basis. You want to spot inject it.

Bros, BPC is pretty good. It's a great healing peptide, but you should stack some TB-500 with it for best results.

When it comes to shoulder injuries, BPC works great: 500 mcg straight into the shoulder. Make sure you get it as close to the injury as possible.
