Back ground.....Been fairly active my entire life (sports, weights, physical jobs), but some personal set backs and injuries made me soft. Got married in 2008 and got HEAVY! Had a couple of shoulder surgeries which didnt help the already heavy body I had. I lost weight the most unhealthy way possible, "operation starvation" . My goal was to burn off more calories than I consumed for the day. It helped as I lost a ton of weight, went from like 240# to around 180# but lost any and all muscle I had and still had the beer belly. When I turned 40 I wanted to change things around and do more for me. I went to the DR with a load of issues, which most 99% turned out to be low T. I was below 200 with fasting blood draw before 10a (only way insurance would cover it), twice. So Dr started on compounded cream for several months with no change. Numbers did not move. Switched to injections, 200mg/ml once per week. However, doing my own research I started injecting 100mg/ml twice per week, either every M-Tu or Th-F. Numbers were good and moved up to the 700-800 range and felt great! However, after about a year I started feeling like garbage again. Again, after some reading and talking with others, it was suggested that I try lowering dose a bit and injecting every 3rd day, no matter the days. So, if I started Monday the 1st, I was going to inject again on Thursday the 4th, Sunday the 7th, etc. I was dosing at 90mg/ml every 3 days. Numbers went up again above 1000. Was feeling like a rock star again. But here we are today, feeling like garbage again about a year later. So again, I dropped the dose to 80mg/ml every 3 days. Currently waiting on current lab results. Not only looking to be myself again, but my daughter is a teenager now, so I need to look mean as fuck to scare these little teen boys away!
TRT 80mg/ml every 3 days.
Tadalafil 5mg - daily
Fish oil 833mg - daily
Magnesium Glycinate 500mg- daily
Vitamin D3 K2 - 1000iu - daily
Rad140 20mg currently en route
Trying to get around 150-200G Protein per day
Training 2 days per week currently due to schedule at home with power rack, dumb bells, bar bell, and some cables. Also walk about 10k steps 5 days a week or so. I work a desk job, so a lot of sitting throughout the day, but try to walk on my breaks and lunch. I was walking stairs for my 15 minute breaks getting an average of 55 flights of stairs a day, but knee pain started in.
I was doing the same workout every Monday and Thursday, but started to get some injuries and pain in shoulders and knees so decided to change it up a bit.
Monday - A day -
Flat bench
Cable Fly
Shoulder side lateral raises
Shoulder Military press
Incline DB curl
Tri Rope extensions
Single leg platform squats
shrugs
Abs
Thursday - B day -
Incline Bench
Cable Fly
Face pulls
Cable Rows
Rear delt raises
Different variation of curls
Overhead tri extensions
RDLs
Shrugs
Abs
Shoulder injuries and knee injuries prevent me from doing a ton of pushing and squatting. I was doing the "BRO" split for the longest time and I was burning my self out and not growing. I find that working out twice a week is helping me recover better. I am probably the strongest I have ever been and close to best shape since high school/college.
Diet
I am a creature of habit.. I dont really like change, so I eat basically the same thing everyday Monday - Friday for breakfast and lunch. I will eat moderation depending on what my wife makes for dinner. I try to drink up to a gallon of water per day. I dont drink soda or energy drinks, just a couple cups of coffee in the AM. I do drink alcohol on weekends and maybe a beer if we go out to dinner on weekends.
Breakfast - Greek yogurt (either 100g or a small container), 1/4 cup 2% milk, scoop protein powder 25g P, 1/4 cup oats - EVERY Monday - Friday
Snack - Protein shake 25g P
Lunch - today 100-150g Venison steak, 100g rice - Meal plan/prep usually so I eat the same things Monday - Friday
Snack - Protein Shake 25g P
Dinner - TBD usually will just eat with the family, what ever my wife cooks.
Again I have some Rad140 20mg coming. Plan on taking 20mg in the AM.
I would love to sample/play with some peptides or other PEDS to help with some of the injuries and pains, but funds are limited.
PICS and current Labs will be coming shortly.
