Best way to improve protein

Looking for some diet and food advice. Want to improve my protein intake. I don't think I'm getting enough protein. I'm not building enough strength and size, and my muscles don't feel full.
How would you recommend I get more protein in my diet? I'll hit the fast food joint once or twice a day to try to get some extra protein, but I know that stuff's not good for you.

Hi brother, you are hitting the fast food joints once or twice a day so more than likely your are getting enough overall calories.
Strength increases come from training.
You can easily get stronger if you are training the right way & training hard enough even if your protein is low your nerves will still adapt to your training & make your muscles stronger.
If your muscles aren't feeling full enough then this is most likely due once again to the way that you are training & to the intensity of effort that your are putting into it.
Muscle fullness is a combination of the amount of glycogen & water that is stored within your muscles & the amount of muscle tissue.
Getting more protein in your diet is easy.
What you need to do is select protein rich foods such as meat, eggs & dairy.
You could always Supplement your protein intake with protein supplements such as whey protein.
You can also make sure that you are getting enough protein in your diet when you are eating fast foods by selecting the items that contain meat.

Well said @koba
Fast food joints are probably not the right choice cause although you may be getting protein its usually comes with excess fats and carbs you probably trying to avoid
Do you cook at all ?

Simple grilled chicken breast grilled fish and obviously lean red meat are great choices and dont need a heap of knowledge to cook
Even some Greek yoghurt and of course supplementing with a quality whey protien powder when needed

Use a app to monitor your macros makes things easier

I like liquid calories bro, make a whole food smoothie
I second this bro!
I'm not & never have been a huge whole food eater!
It gets almost torturous trying to get a lot of calories in day in day out from chomping away!
I average 2-3 whole food meals & the rest are liquid calories, this makes it a lot easier on digestion too

Batch up a few of these puddings and throw in fridge and smash 1 before bed every night. Almost 70g protein and tastes like chocolate mousse. Mix the jellylite with 350ml hot water first, then blend in all the other ingredients and some xanthan gum. Easiest 70g protein you'll ever eat!
