New to gear help with us-pharmacies

Hi all, I am new to this site and to doing 'gear' to help gain some muscle mass. I have gotten some stuff from a buddy, but I see the US Pharmacies ad on this site and wonder how safe it is to buy from there. The stuff is much cheaper than I got from my buddy.
I would need to buy it thru Western Union, which I am not 100% sure how to do, and if it is 100% safe and secure. Has anyone bought from that site using WU and if so how was your experience?
