I’ve been bodybuilding competitively for 2 years now under the guidance of a coach as a natty and been pretty successful winning a pro card in the classic physique division, Proving myself as a good natural now wanting to take my career to the next level.

First cycle is very moderate sitting at 200mg test e weekly and 3iu growth daily. The next goal for me is to grow into the IFBB ranks in classic physique and take it as far as I can.

@callmechaddy At 22 years old, it's very important to keep your cycles very short. I agree with the guys above. You want to make sure that you're fully recovering. I get you want to win a pro card but if you blow out your reproductive system you'll be on TRT very quickly.

I gave you a lot of credit, man. At 22 years old it seems like you have a not a lot of knowledge. Just make sure you understand. In bodybuilding you run the risk of really screwing yourself up when you start too young. I hope you know what you're doing. @callmechaddy

Weight is steadily climbing still with minimal condition changes and absolutely loving the look. Training has been progressing beautifully currently running a 4 day split. Split consists of Posterior, Push/Adductor, Pull/Hams, Anterior. Loving the current split which works nicely for me allowing for great recovery and plenty of frequency still.

No changes to nutrition this week as I’m ticking away at a nice rate of gain staying at
