Your pretty young to be using gear. Your brain has not finished developing yet. Am I understanding your just finishing one cycle and going rigth to another?? This is not good. You should be giving your body a break. Spend a couple months revering out and letting your body heal and then hit it hard again.

Your pretty young to be using gear. Your brain has not finished developing yet. Am I understanding your just finishing one cycle and going rigth to another?? This is not good. Hey mate! Have been on 250 test for some time, and some var and clen for only a few weeks to achieve this look, I spent the majority of the last few months cutting just on test as I just wanted to lean out, haven’t ran a cycle in quite a while.
Getting bloods done before ramping up into what would be considered a more serious cycle 🤝🏻
Also keep an eye on things like blood pressure and heart checks quite regularly!

Just to clarify for my log, I have just finished a cut, I have been cutting for 12 weeks and went from around 83-74 kgs, this was mostly done on 250 test e, adding 40mg of var and 25mcg clen for the last month to dial in to just under 10% body fat!

Now my plan is to reverse out of this hence why I’ve started the sassy log. The cals will be going up this week as well as the training will change! Keep your eyes peeled as it will be great to try pack on some mass while still keeping in reasonable shape 🤝🏻💪🏻

Now my plan is to reverse out of this hence why I’ve started the sassy log. The cals will be going up this week as well as the training will change! Keep your eyes peeled as it will be great to try pack on some mass while still keeping in reasonable shape 🤝🏻💪🏻

@JohnjohnsonBra you don't see Anadrol used very often. So it's good to see someone logging it. If someone put a gun to my head and said you had to make the most gains possible in 5 weeks, I would definitely be picking anadrol for that.

The training and the food is definitely looking good. @JohnjohnsonBra I like your cycle plans as well. 250 mg of testosterone versus 500 mg is a big difference. Let us know what you decide.

Bro is this going to be a good one for sure. The cycle plan really good for bulking. I like the anadrol you can always lower it to 25 mg too. @JohnjohnsonBra

I like to have little food in the morning so I can enjoy some more calories later in the day, but as the food goes up, the timing will change too and I will be smashing food all day 🤝🏻🤝🏻✅

Alright everyone a little update!!

The 12 week cut is over, we ended on 73.5 as the lowest weight, myself and coach decided there’s not need to go further as the goal was to rebuild , reverse and recomp!



So it begins, this week was more of a recovery week, kept the steps up, got some bloods done this afternoon so I’m excited to share those results when they come through!!



Up to 2400 calories and will slowly titrate up to try and keep the physique tight, and man, I can admit I’ve struggled with cravings this week! Have done more cardio to offset eating some extra, and have stayed on target, but man, all that food available now makes me want to pig out 😆



Anyway we won’t! Will update you all on the bloods, will start pushing some more weight as the food/ dosages starts going up!! Keen to build but will keep it slower so we can maintain that aesthetic 🤝🏻🤝🏻🤝🏻

Bloods are in!! While I know some will have opinions myself and @coach S are very happy with these, did not do them fasted so that is to be considered, remember this is my results from running 250 test, 35mcg clen and 40mg var daily, 60mg for the last week or so, there will be little adjustments to improve these again but nothing crazy

Notably my E was high however 0 side effects from this,

The plan now as we rebuild is to stick with 250 test, up the food slowly and introduce 125mg EQ, the other compounds will come but taking time to build and get the most out of low doses

Physique , still holding leaness as we up the cals slowly sitting at 76 now, no orals in there right now introduce the EQ so 250 test 125 EQ for now

What’s up all! Back with another update, cals have gone up to 2750 sticking around the 200 protein mark, a bit more relaxed with carbs and fats but won’t go overboard with fats, will continue to time the carbs well pre and post!

Will update with how the weight goes this week, added the EQ to bring my E2 down and man, actually have felt a little slow/ de motivated this week, not bad enough to warrant a change yet, but have been burning the candle at both ends, will persist and put it down to the body adjusting to the new compound/ working harder than ever, but if it persists I will take it as a sign that my body likes the higher e2

Also have been struggling with the cravings, haven’t given in but cannot stop thinking about food every minute of the day.. apparently it’s normal after rebounding after a deficit phase, let me know what you think?

Smashed some cardio this morning, 1hr on the bike, I always try to do extras for cardio especially lately so I can offset it with some more food!! What’s everyone’s cardio protocols look like?

I always try to keep it at a point where I still prioritise recover too

2x crumpets with 10g biscoff spread
60g coco pops with a little skim milk with cinnamon top
And then 2x natural confectionary lollie snakes

600 cals
120 carbs


Not a high protein meal, I usually keep it pretty clean so this one’s just a little treat and the carbs should fuel my push day nicely!! 💪🏻
