Hey all; I had a log going for my cut earlier this year which I classed as a success. went from 96kg, down to 78kg had good shape at the end; have cruised along on trt for a few months now, held steady at 82kg, maintained training and healthy diet.
but, that's boring; and now it's time to grow.

beginning as of now; growth has commenced.

will be a longer duration, planning on running this until May, so long as blood results stay reasonable.

Coach and myself are currently working on the training split, so you'll get the update on that as soon as I get it from him.
