How long do you plan on running the cycle? 20lbs is a bit lofty for a standard cycle if your a seasoned lifter.

for a first real run outside of trt, that’s a strong setup. 300mg sust is a nice base, and the dbol at 30mg split through the day will give you that fast bump in weight and strength while the test builds. just keep an eye on how you’re dosing the anastrozole, .5 eod might be heavy at only 300mg test plus dbol, so adjust based on how you actually feel and what your e2 labs show.

your training is already intense with olympic lifts 4 days a week, so recovery will be the limiter more than volume, and food is where you’ll really make or break hitting 200. even without full tracking, make sure protein is high every meal and carbs are plentiful around training. with that base and the cycle, you’ll fill out quick while keeping bodyfat under control.

make sure your wife is avoiding high fodmap foods. and avoid fermented foods. high sugar and high acidy foods like tomato sauce. those are a killer. @drg2020

Update:

The weight is coming along now. I’ve added Tren H to the cycle at 50mg 2x/ week. Even before adding that my strength increased massively. All my lifts went up by 25lbs or more. I attached the latest InBody scan. Body fat went down to 4ish% and skeletal muscle went up to above 100 which is more than I’ve ever had in my life.

I am training the same as I put in the initial post. I have videos, but can’t upload because the file size is too large. I added tren because it showed up in the mail over a month after I ordered it. I thought I had gotten scammed and found domestic-supply.com and ordered everything else from there and it came in quickly. I was also very curious about the hype around Tren and wanted to try it myself.

Tren hits hard fast so keep dose moderate at 150 mg per week split 3x bro Watch sleep, mood, and appetite since this stuff make you nuts

Training stays fine, just make sure compounds like squat, bench, and row stay progressive with clean reps and no drop in performance from fatigue bro

Will do. Thanks for the advice. I planned to keep the tren at 100mg/ week split into 2 50mg doses. Do you think that is enough to be effective or should I up it to 150?

You can also try 3–5 mg melatonin with magnesium glycinate pre sleep to help lower nighttime cortisol and body heat and you gotta keep the room cold bro

@drg2020 night sweats try spreading carbs more. also try getting a DC fan and pointing it at your body and sleep naked. that will help

I’ve modified the protocol some as I developed severe carpal tunnel in both wrists and my BP has increased to a sustained 168/98 from the water retention. The CTS has made it impossible to sleep or work. I wake up every hour with searing, burning pain in my fingers and arm. I am reducing the doses and stopping Dbol all together.

New protocol:
500 sus
50 tren h
50 mast e
25mg Winstrol oral daily
50mg anavar daily
MK677 25mg EOD in place of 4x and GHRP2
Anasterozole 1mg e5d

I’ve modified the protocol some as I developed severe carpal tunnel in both wrists and my BP has increased to a sustained 168/98 from the water retention. The CTS has made it impossible to sleep or work. I wake up every hour with searing, burning pain in my fingers and arm. I am reducing the doses and stopping Dbol all together.

New protocol:
500 sus
50 tren h
50 mast e
25mg Winstrol oral daily
50mg anavar daily
MK677 25mg EOD in place of 4x and GHRP2
Anasterozole 1mg e5d

Cutting out the dbol is smart with that BP and CTS flare, both likely from heavy water retention

Stay on your AI schedule but you likely need to drop mk677 for a bit imo
