Like I said in threema I hold no bad blood either. I stand by my opinion I didn't get what I paid for. Customer service needs to improve or stand by your word, you offered twice to refund it and didn’t, then we agreed you would replace one vial with something else and then didn't, and then you chose instead to send off for testing without any prompting instead. You then said you didn't send it off because you couldn't afford it, but you did??
There is obviously a trust issue from both sides, I wish I could of conveyed it better that it wasn't up to standard and that you believed me.
I do have major trust issues with you now so no i don't want your replacement vials or any other product, if your not going to refund like you offered then do a give-away with it. Like kaos did.
