amazing that the body goes through this over a microscopic virus
you can have the biggest and strongest physique but it won't matter a virus will easily take you down
many of our ancestors went through this during the Black Plague which wiped out almost half of Europe population

Praying for fast recovery
Being sick is the worst. Best to always just recover and rest.
Hope she recovers soon. The weights will be there when she gets back. Praying for a full recovery.
Made it to the gym 3x this week. Still not 100% but good enough to go. Meeting with her coach tomorrow. He asked her to talk to another one of his clients who is nervous about an upcoming show. After that we are getting next year's plan together so she had dates to work towards.

Now that the holidays and cheat meals are done its time to get her focused 100% again. She hit back this morning. 30 weeks out from her first national show. Leaving figure behind at the moment and focusing on Physique and Bodybuilding. We hope everyone and a good Christmas.

The room in the back used to be where they did powerlifting meets. Now it's set up for crossfit. Office/lobby with shake bar is to the left and the locker rooms are under the cardio floor. We're biased but it's the best gym in town.

Back and bi today. Finished with...squatted spider curls...I guess you can call them. Took a pic with one of the bikini competitors from the gym. If she doesn't compete in the show with her she always comes to watch. She's coming to masters nationals with us in July and competing in 50+ bikini along with a men's bodybuilding competitor. So our little gym will have at least 3 people going for their pro card this year.
