What’s up everybody, So I was asked to run a Log of the Tren Hex and Tren Ace I have been taking. So for the last two weeks I have been running Tren Ace at 100mgs eod and Tren Hex at 50mgs eod, As my Test base I am running Test prop at 100mgs eod, I just threw in Proviron at 50mgs ed. Ok so my diet plan needs a lot of help, I am not currently on a strict meal plan schedule, I have been trying to eat every three hours but definitely hasn’t been as clean eating as I should. My training schedule is as follows, I train four days a week at home in my garage with free weights,

Day one- Chest/ biceps
Day two- Legs
Day three- shoulders
Day four- back/ Triceps

Sorry my Stats are as follows
Height- 5’8
Weight- 230lbs
 
Also everyone please be patient with me this is the first time I have ever ran a Log or asked for help, So I do appreciate any help or guidance I receive, thank you

@Beastmode78 well this is a perfect log start i like this and dont worry we are all on the same team our goal is for you to get great results and work with oyu on it

we can start with diet
before we change your diet we need to see what diet you have now

diet, please post meals foods and when you eat them
training, thats generic so post exercises weights sets and reps and when you do them
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

definitely get pictures up so we can assess your body fat
it's going to matter because if you're too big and you're using tren the sides will be brutal
 
the side effects are going to be important to follow on this
 
it's more important the quality of the foods then how often you're eating
so we definitely need you to post that
 
we need more information on your diet for sure that's going to be extremely important

Ok and here a basic run down of what I been trying to eat on a daily basis.
Breakfast- 3 scrambled eggs and half can of corn beef hash.
Meal two- meat sauce and pasta
Meal three- protein shake and protein bar
Meal four- 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
Meal five- home cooked meal that my wife makes

Personally I would have got the bodyfat way down before running tren, what are your goals ?

@Beastmode78 you look great, positive start, but on tren big difference will come, you need to work on diet though

peanut butter and jelly sandwich? thats gotta go, you need to change that to a protein bar like quest

best you start adding meal pictures too

clearly your diet needs work, you need to start keeping closer track

you don't need five meals a day and you don't need protein shakes and protein bars let's start there
also meat sauce and pasta and jelly sandwiches? these aren't muscle-building Foods man these are just processed junk and kiddie foods

get on a real diet program with whole foods that your body will appreciate.
keep it simple

chicken, brocolli and brown rice for example. simply yet effective.
also why do you need five meals a day are you some type of professional that's on a bunch of stuff? Just stick to two solid meals a day that's all you need right now

right now you are putting regular fuel into a lambo so you are getting poor performance.
 
you also need good quality fats and carbs in your diet I don't see any of that
 
that's good that your diet is poor and you acknowledge that it means you have good upside to this log I'm excited to see the progress

bro diet gotta be btr. get pasta out and get rice in. get the pbj out and get some chicken breast in you. Get some whole oats in you. Diet needs lot of work. Thats wat the log is for though
