Approved Log My log for second Cycle testosterone primobolan

As soon as I get the test results. I'll attach them.
I think I'll have the result by August 31st in the evening.

The last workout at the gym was this Friday. Now until Thursday - rest, on Thursday morning I will take tests to the laboratory, and on Friday I will start training again.
@bytuk what do lab tests have to do with workouts? you didnt post your training sets reps exercises where is that?

PHYSICAL EXERCISE

The physical activity status of the subject has a great influence on the results.

Physical activity can have both transient and long-term effects on various homeostasis parameters. Transient changes include an initial decrease and then an increase in blood free fatty acid concentration, a 180% increase in ammonia concentration and a 300% increase in lactate concentration, and an increase in creatine kinase, ACT, and LDH activity. Physical exercise affects hemostasis indicators: activate blood coagulation and functional activity of platelets. Changes in these indicators are associated with metabolic activation and they usually return to the initial (pre-exercise) values soon after cessation of physical activity. However, the activity of some enzymes (aldolase, CK, ACT, LDH) may remain elevated for 24 h after one hour of intense exercise. Prolonged exercise increases blood concentrations of sex hormones, including testosterone, androstenedione, and luteinizing hormone (LH).

Prolonged strict bed rest and restriction of physical activity increases urinary excretion of norepinephrine, calcium, chlorine, phosphate, ammonia, serum alkaline phosphatase activity.

I don't need to go to a doctor in my country, I just decide that I need to take tests, I go to give blood, pay and get the result in the evening.
I do not write training, so now a week of rest, after the tests, I will reorganize the training schedule and then I will write.

@bytuk why are you telling me about physical exercise definition? anyways waiting to see you put up your training schedule

There was a question about which tests will cause me not to train for a week.
I have enclosed material on this topic, and from personal practice I see how physical activity affects the distortion of results, as well as sex on hormone levels.

Why did he explain physical exercise ? I'm lost here.
@Topps_Baseball88 english not his 1st language i think he's using google translate so difficult for us to understand i think his log coming

Yes unfortunately English is not my native language, some of it I translate through a translator to read and answer you. My language is Latvian, also Russian.
My business trip ends today, and I'm scheduled for analysis tomorrow.

Ok that makes more sense now. I apologize for the miscommunication. I will try to ask more questions for clarification.

Thank you for your understanding, I try to understand the meaning of your questions and your answers as much as possible. I also try to answer fully.
I ridnt realize it was the language that was becoming the barrier, not a problem brother we can work around that with you and see how we can help you moving forward, we are a community here we will work with you best we can 💪

Thank you so much, it means a lot for me, I didn't expect such support from you.

Brother we are all in the iron community and the purpose of this community is so we can all come together and provide help and support for one another, sometimes it just comes down to learning and understanding someone as we all come from different walks of life. I've had many people help me along the way, so I try to pay it forward and do the same for others.

I agree completely, that's the way it should be.
I am grateful to each of you.

Likewise brother happy having you join the community, definitely will learn alot so ask as many questions as you can and need, no stupid questions you can't learn if you don't ask.

We will work with you brother, I see you are running primo is that correct? I'm 5 weeks into my testosterone cypionate and primo log myself.
No, bro, I'm going for an analyses tomorrow. And from September 20 I plan to start the cycle, but I'll see what will happen with the analyses. I want to go to 20 weeks, maybe 24, and then to the bridge if all analyses after long cycle will be successful.

@bytuk ok waiting for your update tomorrow
but why do you need to stop training to do blood work? you know you dont need to do that really.

Hi colleagues, here are the results of the tests.
I took 14 days of clomid 50 mg. The last dose was August 27. Testosterone has already come back to normal, but I've messed up my sperm count.

@bytuk well I dont speak this language but I can guess that means estrogen is high and I saw your kidney functions not good

so clarify are you still on cycle now or you done with PCT?
I took Clomid 50mg for 14 days. The last dose was August 27.
Now vitamin E -600mg, ZMA complex, coenzyme q10, daily vitamin complex, omega 3, folic acid 900.

I didn't like the sperm gram.

Estradiol and urea are elevated.
Fibrinogen is low.

bros im confused so you DONE with pct and not on cycle?
Yes brother, there was recovery after 12 weeks of the Cycle , and planned to start the next on September 20, but now I think until the sperm tests are in bad condition , need to fix it , I will not start the new cycle .

No. I wanna see end of October earliest

Yes yes of course, I meant that there was a plan on September 20 for the course if the analysis are good, now I will continue pct, and the restoration of sperm morphology. Tnx
@bytuk you wont restore your sperm, go start your cycle and we can restore with proper pct after, PCT will take 8 weeks

Brother, thank you, but I'd rather restore the first thing, I want a child with my wife, I do not want to delay this moment. And then I can go to the course.

Thank you all for your support. As I have already said, this was my goal before the beginning new cycle , and only after looking at the analyses make a decision . But in this situation it is important for me to restore sperm analysis, and then I can start a new cycle and everything what I want .
I plan the next analysis closer to the end of September, I will post the result.

@bytuk your estrogen is clearly high
you need to add nolvadex to this and stop using hcg as its increasing estrogen level

and clomid you can drop to 25mgs ed not 50mgs

a lot of guys use hcg and it works for some people

This protocol was chosen by my consultant, he also monitors the tests and guides me.
Now the priority is to make a full recovery and improve sperm counts.
Thank you all for your support.

@bytuk thats fine as a protocol
but are you training dieting now? i think all want to know

@bytuk great log so far but would really like diet training details big time
Greetings to all readers of my log. And so let's start in order and continue:
As I wrote earlier I had a plan to start a new cycle of primobolan - testosterone e, but after the end of the cycle of turinabol - propionate I decided to bring all the tests to normal, from blood to semen, and I continue to do it and share my results.

I will write briefly about myself, because often there are questions about diet and training.
I work at sea, Engineer . As you understand at sea, I can not weigh and count my food, but excluding experience, I already do it by eye.
Now in the sea food is like this
Breakfast 06:30 I put off meat/fish rice/ pasta or porridge.
Snack 07:30 protein 60g / 50g oatmeal.
Snack : 09:00 5 egg whites
Lunch 11:30 meat/fish rice/pasta/potatoes/vegetables
Snack 13:00 protein 60g / 50g oatmeal
Snack 15:00 rice / pasta / meat / fish
Dinner 18:30 cottage cheese / banana / raisins / peanut paste / jam
It's like luck with food, I take what the cooks put out.

But at home I fully weigh, count every gram of carbohydrate, protein, fat.

Training: since I have no days off and my shift is 12 hours from 06:30 to 18:30, on the day of training I get up at 04:20 and from 04:40-06:00 gym. And so 3 days a week .
Weights and exercises are different in the sea from home training, because the equipment is not very much, and I work exclusively on the feeling.
But at home is a full-fledged gym .

I think there is no sense to describe each exercise, but if someone is interested, I can make a list of how I work out at sea and at home.
Thanks to all who have read .

@bytuk thats a good meal layout but you say
breakfast meat fish or past those are all different can you tell us what you ate lets say today

and other meals same we just guessing your macros

can you post a big more detail on weights
and there is sense to describe weight we want to see exercises and weights and sets and reps to see how strong you are
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

can you post a few pictures of your meals too please

Like I said, my job is at sea. And here I can't cook for myself, I take from the food that I have for breakfast, lunch, dinner. But personally I save myself say potatoes / chicken. If there's fish, then fish, if there's beef, then beef.

Today's breakfast 1) rice porridge
2) protein 60g / oatmeal 50g.
3 5 egg whites
4) pasta / salad / two pieces of chicken fillet
5) protein 60g / oatmeal 50g
6) at 15:00 put aside potatoes and a piece of chicken fillet .
7) dinner cottage cheese / banana / peanut paste / raisins / jam.

I will try to take a couple of photos .

I don't miss training at sea : but because of the long watch and little sleep I don't have so much energy to work out fully.
And every time, I work by feel.
This is an example of this week.
1) Thursday
Warm up, stretching, 2 approaches to all muscle groups with dumbbells 2-3 kg.
Chest / biceps / legs.
1) biceps on incline bench 10-15kg
2) triceps with dumbbell from behind the head 17-22kg
3) chest in crossover
4) lower chest on incline bench 8-10kg
5) squat with dumbbells wide leg position - 60kg
) thigh biceps with dumbbells in hands 15kg
6) dumbbell lifting with narrow grip to work out the inner part of the chest 10-15 kg
Well and further I can add something, and I can remove, all solely on the basis of feeling.
But there is one more problem - last year I got a shoulder injury (either sprain or tear) after the flight I plan to go to the doctor for an ultrasound.

sounds like a fun job to me
how does it work With eating in that sort of thing do you have a cafeteria on the boat?

Canteen, you come and everything is ready, and you choose from what you have. Usually the menu is in the morning and you already know what's for lunch and dinner.
I don't think it's funny, if you're talking about work. Most of the time it's easy, but if you have 10-12 hours of non-stop physical work? I'm not gonna explain.

It is doable just harder

It sounds cool to us to be away from real life for a job

Wow, that's a lot of comments at once .
I'll definitely try to get some food pics.
About free time after work, how to say: after 12 hour working day you go to the cabin, communicate with family, watch TV series or a movie and go to sleep. Since work from 06:30 and again until 18:30, I try to go to bed before 21. Especially when the day of training, to get up at 04:00 and until 04:20.
A lot depends on the team, you can play Playstation or table tennis, cards and other games.

Regarding diet and training, when I am at sea there is nothing to add to what I wrote earlier. It all depends on the moral and physical state - when everything is great - then the training is very productive.
I always try to eat 6-7 times a day.
When I get back home it's easier, there are scales, you don't get rocked on the wave like in the sea 😂 and you can weigh everything properly.

so are you allowed to eat as much food as you want at work?
Generally like this :
Breakfast / lunch / dinner.

But no one will say a word to you if you put off food. And since I'm working out and I need enough carbohydrates/fats and protein, I put it off, especially when I see fish and chicken.

I will try to make a photo of how it looks like.
But in the past they fed better, often there were stands, lamb, salmon, sea food.
And now they save money, ordinary pasta, rice, potatoes.
Yes, they do beef, fish and chicken, but not as much as before.
