My first cycle begins, I'm trying to get all this down never actually logged it. I'm beginning with 50mg of Anavar, and 300mg testosterone cypionate, and 100mg of trenbolone and 100mg masteron 2x a week (Mon-Thurs). I'm training chest flat bench I do a pyramid from warm up sets of 125 30 reps 225 25 reps and 315 15 reps. I'm not going beyond that I tore my tricep a year ago benching so I'm scared of my favorite exercise. From there I alternate either dumbell or barbell incline same weight. Well dumbells up to 150 lbs. After I do cable variation 5 sets to failure. After I'll do flyes or pec deck 5 sets same scheme. I'll finish that with either a superset of push-ups. I know this is a weird training but I'm so used to it. I change it up every week. And lastly I do 45 min of cardio. Treadmill incline 15 maybe at 4.5 now because I'm fat 4.0. Starting weight 300 pounds. Wish me luck!!! I've never been a part of any thread.

Please start by giving us actual diet you eat, food meals and when you eat them.
same with training, start by giving us actual exercises reps and sets and weights - this will help see where you are and your growth factors
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Are you taking organ liver support n2guard? in not you need to asap.

Are you taking aromasin or arimidex or dostinex? for anti estrogen anti prolactin sides

are you taking cardarine gw for trenbolone sides?

lets update more diet training because what you wrong is just overall, we need real details

make sure you monitor your lipids and are using n2guard

Tuesday log, I feel like complete shit. Lol I'm training back today. Starting with reverse grip on the squat rack bent over rows 4 sets warm up with 125 20reps, 225 20 reps, 315 12teps, back to 125 for failure. Then cables again going light then heaviest ranging from 20reps to 15 then failure. Superset that with cable pull downs for the lats. Then Tbar rows heaviest 670 ish at the end, I superset this with inverted rows. Finish with seated rows. Follow this with 45 min of cardio. 5 pills of anavar.
 
I don't know just burned out. I haven't trained with this intensity in a long time brother. My protein is high always done about 200g a day I forgot to mention that, more then that I think I'll shit it out lol.

@Davidbuff7349 with trenbolone if you dont have organ liver support and ppar support you'll get some nasty sides. Did you start n2guard and cardarine?

like getting tired is a huge side of it

try getting in an extra 2 hours of sleep

My Monday wasn't so great but I got back on it Tuesday and felt good
 
that the Tren getting at you bro stuff can be nasty
I've tried every type of tren, it gets a bad rap, but is actually a great complement to any cycle the only thing I got was a tren cough other than that I was killing it at the gym. My concern is not drinking enough water with the anavar. So that's a easy fix.

@Davidbuff7349 i agree with you, I think trenbolone use is subjective some do really well with it and some do really bad. if you feel good on it keep using it and keep updating us on the log
 
Late post did legs kept it simple feel soo much better.... strong today. I started with 15min cardio Warmup then squats this week I wanted to kill basic squats do I just started with 125 for 30 reps then 225 for 20 I was already dead after that lol then 315 for maybe 13ish 405 for 8 tried 525 for 4 then maybe next week I'll go to 600 didn't want to get greedy. Then basic gay ass machines leg press same ordeal 5 set last to burn out. Single Leg curls 5 sets. Do some ham curls 5 sets. Standing ham curls. Good old calf raises. I managed to eat 5 meals today. Did legs so I consumed 4000 calories.

if you can't drink enough water then eat something that is mostly water. watermelon is 95% water!
 
I took anavar in the evening couldn't make it to rhe gym because of work. So on again tomorrow 😪. I'm feeling great actually. Mind clarity and tren coughs lol joking.

I started with 15min cardio Warmup then squats this week I wanted to kill basic squats do I just started with 125 for 30 reps then 225 for 20 I was already dead after that lol then 315 for maybe 13ish 405 for 8 tried 525 for 4 then maybe next week I'll go to 600 didn't want to get greedy. Then basic gay ass machines leg press same ordeal 5 set last to burn out. Single Leg curls 5 sets. Do some ham curls 5 sets. Standing ham curls. Good old calf raises. I managed to eat 5 meals today. Did legs so I consumed 4000 calories.

Wow late post from Monday took the weekend off, I had an amazing chest day. Comfortable with benching 415 again I want to stop at 550 bench no more is necessary for me. 6 different exercises. Did 45 min cardio. My meal consumption was 200mg protein. Based on steak and potatoes. 2 shakes. I'm sorry I'm not posting like I should. I will when I have time I'm getting killed at work. TUESDAY did shoulders I started with 45 min cardio treadmill on 4.5 decline 15. Killer!!! After I did barbell started with 125 for 20 reps full extensions down to chest. Followed by 225 for 13 reps then 275 for 8 was going for 315 but I didn't want to push it. Maybe next week?? After I did side lateral with dumbells both arms started with 60 12reps 75 10 reps 85 7reps then 55 for 25 reps 1 minute rest but last one is a superset. Rope face pulls or whatever they are called lol 4 sets whatever weight possible from low to max I superset this with straight bar raises to face. Then I use the squat machine the one that's padded I do it facing the machine and like a football drill touching the pads and pushing up do as much weight as possible 4 sets. Then dumbell bent over for rear delts I do 3 sets of failure. Sorry for the grammar and I'm still taking 3 anavar pills a day.
