I plan my cycles ahead so I get some international PSL gear and some domestic PSL gear, depends on how I plan the cycle that time

Depends on the mail but averages 2 (dom) to 4 (international)

PSL International is cheaper, but delivery longer, while Domestic is faster, but cost higher

Due to the sensitivity of this type of question, it would be best for you to reach out to the customer service and speak with them.

This much I can tell you that with domestic you are getting convenience, with international there is a slight wait time but it is not terrible.

It's actually pretty simple to figure out which service would be best for you.
