So, I got my SARMs after some confusion with shipping. I purchased from a reliable company which is based 10-15 miles away from me.

I'll be taking pics to track my progress - Goal is to cut and retain muscle.

Planning to train 3 days on and 1 day off (Push / Pull / Legs) will put in an extra rest day if needed but I can usually work with that frequency.

Diet : 1800 calories to begin with of which (200-210g is protein), main sources are chicken breast, eggs, beef, cod and whey.

So I just had my first shot, and fuck me it tastes loud, I don't drink alcohol so no idea how that tastes but the GW felt abit warm going down and very powerful. I'm guessing it's supposed to taste like s***.

Just being a b**** tbh, it took me by suprise - might need to follow it up with some mango juice next time!

Plan :
Ostarine (8 weeks) - 25mg ED
GW (12 weeks) - 20mg ED (Split 10/10)

PCT :
I was planning Clomid / DAA, however, given in running it for 8 weeks @ 25mg, I'm guessing it won't be too suppressive, I'll assess where I am at.

Chasing down with some fruit juice solves the problem quite nicely, anyone else feel that GW is pretty oily feeling, feels abit like olive oil in the throat but tasting 10000x worse.

Have Pull today, will report if anything is noticeable but probably not as very early on.

Day 2 : Pull - I have run a couple of cycles in the past, Test, SD (Beastdrol!) and Turinabol are some of the awesome compounds I've used and achieved great results.

I state that because I've never felt anything on the first workout maybe a bit of a placebo which gets me a couple more reps. Today was very strange.

I did more volume than my previous session with higher weights and did it in 45 mins as opposed to 50 mins. My rest periods were shorter. I usually sip through some BCAAs during my workout but completely forgot today .. didn't even think about sipping anything - just wanted to go back and hit the weights..

At the end of my workout I'm usually pretty exhausted, but it felt like I just completed my warmups.. I keep telling myself it must be placebo as I don't know anything that kicks in straight away..

I also did 15 mins of high intensity cardio, I used the rowing machine and my muscles started fatiguing before I was out of breath. Again, this is something I haven't experienced before. It's almost like I was breathing more oxygen in. Lol. Anyway, it's probably all in my head - I'll continue reporting :), Legs tomorrow!

Day 3 : Legs
Great workout again today, once again more volume and intensity than previous workout. With legs, It is one of my body parts which grows really quick, I have good genetics with legs, particularly my quads and I benefit from lower rep training (6-8) on Squats and Leg Press with heavy loads. 12-14 on Isolation Work.

I usually work to an RPE of around 8/9 and need 2.30-3mins to recover on the heavy lifts, in order to maintain intensity. Today, I was able to do it with 1.30-1.40 rest times, the sort of rest time I usually use on my Isolation Exercises. My Isolation Work rest time was also lower (around 45 secs to a minute).

Also, usually can't be bothered to unload the weight (bad etiquettes, I know!) but did it with a smile on my face today, I guess there is a social benefit too! :D

Day 5 : Push
My first push workout with this stack, was so excited that I ended up going 30mins early. Lol
Workout was very good, easily beat prior workout but I didn't feel like the impact was as great as with my pull workout, maybe something to do with expectations here. I pushed more weights and more volume so that's never a bad thing and can't complain.

However, in my HIIT session after my lifting. This is where I feel GW is really having an effect. My entire HIIT workout felt like a walk in the park, literally. Muscular fatigue was being reached before I could lose my breath. The heart rate monitor had me at 180-190 (these can't be accurate), my pulse was up though and I was still breathing like I'm walking, strange feeling. Had a guy on the rowing machine huffing and puffing whilst I was cruising through my cardio.

I'm looking a bit leaner but still same weight.

Day 6 : Pull

Second pull workout on cycle and managed to progress quite well from last time. Felt good but my first workout was still the one that had the biggest impact. Took me by suprise. But continuing to progress in volume and most cases intensity, especially on the heavy rows / lat pulldowns.

Rest tomorrow as my legs are still pretty sore. I'll probably change legs to once a week, they grow quick as fuck either way!

Day 8 : Push

Overall, a good session. Didn't get a chance to do cardio but did more volume with the focus on triceps, as it is one of my weaker body parts unfortunately. Felt good throughout and progressing. Pumps are nice, however my BCAAs do come with some Citrulline Malate.

Pull day tomorrow.

Just came across this thread and looks very interesting so I'll definitely start following your journey as well.

I like your training routine and style, I also used to do the same split but nowadays I'm doing kind of modified version of upper/lower split.

Upper /Lower is solid, I've a few friends on that. Doesn't work for me though. I prefer push pull legs. Each to their own :), it's about what works for you given your circumstances and preferences.

Same with diet, a lot of people don't eat cod here, but I really enjoy it so eat it quite a lot!

My posts will be relatively short going forward unless some thing drastic happens.

Also, I've gained definition around the chest and abs. I'm taking weekly pictures to keep track. My weight is only slightly lower though. Lost about 1lb.

Day 12 : Push
Had chest last night, getting stronger and pumps are more pronounced.

Nipples are slightly itchy. So I'll keep an eye on that and let you know if anything worsens but no other signs of gyno.

Today is pull day, weight is still similar to before but looking leaner - feels like I'm recomping.

Update on itchy nipples, was nothing as I haven't had any more issues with it, which is good. Libido still there and money shots still opaque as fuck (tmi, but this is an in depth log), so all good on that front!

The workout today was ace, focused more on lagging body parts but my volume is way up. I feel like I can do more in the gym. I'm still keep it around an hour to hour and 5. I'm still progressing on weights and my volume is up whilst my calories are low. Feels awesome!

I've lost fat around my arms / chest but not much around my stomach. I might drop my cals a bit more as I'm still gaining strength. Ostarine's anti catabolic nature should allow me to be a bit more aggressive.

Nice post, bro. I would not lower any more carbs until fat loss seems to stop so you can continue burning fat for longer. Keep it up! [emoji123]
 
Coming up to three weeks this Sunday and overall looking leaner, feeling harder and much stronger in the gym. Don't feel like having rest days either.

Weight is 2lbs lower than starting

Coming up to the end of the 4th week : Getting stronger and retaining fullness whilst losing fat, weight hasn't budged much (about 3lbs) but looking much better and getting comments, feeling harder too

Still on track apart from last few days, gotten ill so missed a couple of days from gym. Still getting protein in and in a deficit.

Overall I am around 5lbs lower than starting point and waist is a lot smaller.

Will update after next workout which may be after a few days depending on recovery!
