Cinnamon

Is it healthy to use in food etc? I have read somewhere that it actually can curb appetite. Is that true?

Google says: Cinnamon. Next time you have cereal, oatmeal, fruit, or even coffee, sprinkle some cinnamon on it. Cinnamon, like other ground spices such as cloves and ginger, helps lower your blood sugar levels, which—you guessed it—helps to control your appetite!
 
Cinnamon is a fantastic spice. It helps regulate blood sugar levels.

I add it onto my oatmeal and sweet potatoes
