Help before surgery

I have been of my last cycle for 12 weeks and off my pct for two weeks. I'm having major back SURGEY end of August and will be out of the gym for 3 months. I'm thinking to run a Clen/T3 only cycle for 4 weeks and focus on mostly cardio and endurance. I'm trying to drop some weight and fat before I'm laid up in bed for a while. Will this be good to do and what doses please? 41 years old and 15%BF.
Thanks for any info.

clen and T3 destroy cardio. not sure why you would want to run eitherif you want to improve cardio get on GW or SR9009. make sure you are buying legit product

No, no, no. Have your surgery, recover, and when the time comes your nutrition will be the key. No one wants to have major back surgery but don't make it worse.

I do however wish you the best for your recovery.

Hey there :)
I am with Steve on the GW comment vs clen and T3, particularly considering you mentioned endurance :) clen usually makes me feel like garbage, making cardiovasculars the absolute last thing I feel like doing.
I would recommend a lot of stretching and simple core-strengthening movements in addition to your cardio before your surgery. Of course we want your erector spine and the rest of your back to be as strong as possible so that the balance of your body can heal as soon as possible.
If you can, do some stretching after your cardiovasculars when your muscles are "lubricate" so to speak, then roll right into some very simple core movements like say a standard plank.
It also would not hurt to make sure your dietary fat intake is up to par :) not only will sufficient fats help with brain health (I love how focused and sharp I am when my fats are on point) and joint fluidity, they can also help combat some excess body fat you may like to get rid of before surgery.
My favourite fats to have daily in gel cap form are CLA (4g) and EPA/DHA (2g). If you do have joint issues, Hyaluronic Acid is also great :) it actually more or less solves the problem rather than puts a bandaid on it.
To include in the nutritional diet, I love coconut oil, MCT oil, whole eggs, macadamia nuts, and avocado for a few examples.
Back to your original question, there is a ton of great information on here about GW and I encourage you check it out :) I am also doing an active log of my rat's experience with it now - so far we love it.

Take care and best wishes :)

yep.. pro athletes blow out knees and come out the next year to do great. the key is a good doctor and good physical therapist. a bad one will fuck you up worse. everyone is so worried about 'losing gains'.. muscle and body memory is REAL get healthy #1.. worry about gaining after.

sound advice. i wanted to add too always make sure you guys are buying GW and SR9009 from sarms1. they were the only place that actually tested for pure compound in independent testing

Clenbuterol was never meant for fat loss purposes, and when taken at dosages needed for that it will cause a lot of side effects (such as headached, crams, increased blood pressure, stomach disorders, insomnia, and many more stim related side effects). Besides, it is completely catabolic, so it will not only burn fat, but also lean muslce mass. Therefore, it will mostly reduce your overall mass, not just fat. What's more, it will also increase cortisol levels, which may lead to further fat gains, and other undesired effects. For this reason, I strongly recommend you to use some safer alternatives that were meant for fat loss and recomping all along. For instance, Cardarine GW will effectively burn fat, but at the same time it will maintain your lean mass. Additionally, it will greatly enhance your endurance and recovery, leading to improved cardio performance, which will ultimately help with fat loss even more. The best part of it is that it causes no side effects at all. You can stack it with N2Slin, which is a potent nutrient partitioner, which will redistribute insulin into the muscles instead of fat. It does not have side effects either, so it is completely safe to use. I have personally used both, and my wife has also done so - the results were always beyong expectations, and there were no issues at all.
