Needs advice - first cycle for cutting

Hi guys!
First off finally I found an app for all my training needs :)

Ive been working out for around 7 years, I was 65kg in 2014, im now 90kg, i admit I put on an a lot of weight, body fat is 19%, i finally understand my body to the extent I know I can drop the weight however Ive made some good gains and I dont look fat, my body frame looks good.

Now ive been thinkig of AAS for about 2 years off and on, friends have told me to stay clear but its always the way.. I know they may be looking out for me but i know those that just dont want me to look better then them which is harsh to think but true.

So i am 32, 5ft8, bf 19% (will drop easy), I dont want to lose my gains/size but want help cutting bf.

Reading various forums on a beginner cutting cycle I found I could start with just Test at 12 weeks with PCT and train/diet as normal, what do you guys think?

Maybe add winnie or anavar?

Your body fat is too high to take steroids. Steroids are not fat burners. No steroid is a fat burner. They may possess fat burning properties but primarily they are for building muscle.

The knowledgable guys on here will tell you that you need to lower your body fat before even considering steroids. Going on a 500 calorie deficit with high protein for 4 weeks combined with an intensive workout regime will cut you down plenty. 10-12% is easily obtainable in that time. There is absolutely no substitute for hard work, regardless of whether you're taking steroids or not. But taking winstrol or var will not help you lose the weight. The only thing that'll do that is a proper diet and strict gym plan.

Not to mention the fact that you're far more likely to experience negative side effects with that much fat.
 
Clean up your diet to where you have small meals every 3 hours with clean food and limit caloric intake to 500 calories per meal.
Try some legal alternative to AAS that work just as well but are safer.
Try this:
25mg MK-2866 per day
10mg LGD-4033 per day
25mg S-4
25mg MK-677

This is one extremely potent stack of testosterone boosters (Ostarine and LGD) with S-4 (Anavar-like) for cutting, and MK-677 for over a dozen HGH pulses per day. This whole stack is legal and will do amazing things to your physique if you eat 5 to 6 clean meals a day; high protein, moderate carbs, low fat.
 
I don't think you need anything just a good diet and training plan. Get down naturally to 10-12% then add in the drugs and you will transform. You need to learn how to eat before you use steroids otherwise you will never get great results.
 
Sounds like you have a solid training background, but like these guys said, 19% body fat is too high to be considering drugs. Start thinking about steroids when you're at a plateau. Cutting naturaly I can do no problem, but its the gains/size I worry I will lose. My deadlift, Squat, bench press all at max I ever been due to this bulk, naturally if i go into a defecit I will lose strength without any AAS surely.

I was 65kg last year with 10% bf around april 14 and ppl said I looked good but tiny, any skinny guy can have definition right? I want size and definition. So i bulked and this is me to date 90kg (198 lbs).

You bulked up wrong though. Even on AAS if you have that much fat to get a really low bf%you are going to have to lose a lot of weight (fat). I would diet naturally and slowly...no crash diets or low cals. Then once you lose a bit of fat add in some drugs to aid matters and help maintain/build muscle. Drugs should be low though with a good fat burner such as clenbuterol.

When you are lean (and sure smaller) you will be primed for growth. Throw in a few aas and eat lots of clean food and you will grow fast whilst staying relatively lean. You shouldn't be getting fat when bulking.
